I got a good deal on this place so I wouldn’t complain much. The room is comfortable enough, they let me checked in early like 13:00 and they’ve made sure that the room was cool enough when I arrive, unbeatable location from the train station and bus stop, full continental breakfast. The only thing I didn’t like is the receptionist service and the wifi that I need to keep logging in. Just don’t expect a very good response.

We've stayed in this hotel
3 times before. This time we booked a double room and found two singles pushed together. Couldn't sleep as the mattress kept sliding to one side.

Nice hotel in Alberobello. Only 15 minutes walk to the iconic Trullis. The hotel is convenient, and super clean. The decorations are more like a late 90's hotel, but I liked, is like time traveling. The hotel has all the essentials and does include breakfast. There is plenty of free parking (white lines) around the hotel, and also a private garage for more or less 5 euros.

The man in reception was rude, my wife needed very badly to use the toilet, and he didn't let her use the toilet. He said he would need the green pass and when we told him we had it, he just refused.

No 🌟... Because it was bad experience in this hotel... No AC... It was to hot... In reception there was one man who was very rude I didn't like it.. It's was very bad experience..... No words to express my feelings...
