Corvino Resort

During my trip, some high-quality items of mine have been lost. Gucci sunglasses, quite a lot of money etc. The cleaning ladies are the only ones that have been visiting my room. And they are also the ones who told me I needed to leave the room for them to clean it.

The food was okay, but people who were putting it on guests' plates didn't understand English and they were giving you very little food even when you asked for a specific, bigger amount. There was also very small choice for breakfast.

The room was ugly and the bathroom was malfunctioning. The shower was leaking and when the whole floor got flooded, we were offered no help after visiting the reception desk.We had to use our own towels to dry it. In our room there were so many ants we had to buy a spray against them.

Also, the workers were gossiping about the guests, thinking nobody understands Italian there. It was quite rude and definitely worsened my stay there.

In summary, I spent a lot of money to visit this place and it was a complete disaster. Never again.

This place is nothing like the pictures advertising the property, they must be at least 10 years old We arrived if took ages to check in and then our room had no beds made up so we were moved to the room next door which the air con didn't work and it looks like holes that have been punched into the doors of the bathrooms Went to the pool and the water slides were closed, one of the pools doesn't even have water in it like the water fountains around the property Bars were all closed and the buffet dinner would be an insult to the average Italian household The only thing that's going for it is the toilet flushes in the room Do yourself a favour and stay as far away as possible from this place if youre looking for a good family holiday, I have no idea how it's even got 3 stars

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. The facilities are extremely outdated, and the bathroom situation is a disaster. The toilet doesn’t work properly and makes an awful noise. The shower is in terrible condition, and the bed squeaks loudly at the slightest movement—it’s unbearable.

The food portions were tiny, and the bread was hard as a rock. Overall, the service was poor and left much to be desired. A very disappointing experience.

The worst hotel I've ever tried, I went on a school trip and from the outside it looks like an abandoned place, they put me in a room (along with two of my classmates) in one of the domes (nice and all) but it was freezing to death and not even the “heavy” blankets that were there provided any heat. We spent two nights not sleeping, freezing with our sweatshirts on (and they didn't even heat those) and only on the last night did they turn on the extra heating when the room doors had to be opened or closed, was there a method for doing so (but none he had told us) and so we thought that the lock was broken because the key wouldn't come out.

The outside of the hotel is acceptable, the disgrace and horror is inside. Between flashing and noisy lights, smelly towels, shower curtains that stick to your body while you wash and which seem to be from the Paleolithic, this hotel disappointed my expectations and those of all my other colleagues. Talking about food, every morning and every evening we always found the same few things, in the evening I, being lactose intolerant, was forced to eat vegetables that seemed to have been harvested 5 years ago. NIGHTMARE HOTEL!
