1* is overrating for this place. Upon arrival-no water. Wi-Fi non-existent. Cleanliness- good luck with that - mouldy bathroom, the shower box is not meant for people but for dolly-toy. The restaurant service is horrendous, the food sub-par. Kids screaming and fooling around. On top of everything it’s located behind a gas station, literally a couple meters away. Stay away from this dungeon.

One of the worst New Year's Eve experiences of my life. The food was embarrassing to say the least: tasteless, cold and of poor quality, it seemed prepared without any care. The organization was a total disaster: very long waits between courses, no clear communication, and the staff seemed unprepared. Not to mention the general chaos, with people not finding a seat. The price was too high for the poor quality of everything and coffee was not even included. Truly a New Year's Eve to forget. I strongly advise against it!

very simple rooms, cleaning done in a rush, always missing either toilet paper or towels, no explanation for the food, no menu, pasta or risotto and risotto and pasta, at breakfast, not much, no butter, the next day no eggs, no wholemeal bread, in short everything was missing. The bathroom is tiny, extra small shower and no hot water for several days. Only positive point the waiters are very nice

What we didn't like · Booked 3 nights through Booking; upon arrival, check in, they don't even tell you which side your room is on, the building is divided into east and west, obviously I went to the east one but no one had told us where to go. Small room, poorly maintained 70s furniture, non-existent mattress cover, disproportionate bed for the room, let's forget about the wardrobe and the only chair present. Refrigerator too big, more like a home one than a hotel. Minimal bathroom, toilet flush that didn't work, it struggled to drain water. Muggy heat, we went out leaving the air conditioner on. When we returned after dinner, he was literally pissing water on the table below where all our things were placed. We called the reception, but the phone did NOT work. My wife went down to give us news about it. A technician was sent to us at 10:30 pm because they had no other rooms. The maintenance man replied that he couldn't do anything; I told him and the reception to leave it alone, that we would be leaving the next morning. At that point, the availability of a quadruple room even appears!! Plot twist; room slightly larger than ours but in the same conditions. We give up. Night in the heat almost sleepless. Morning breakfast: huge room not very clean, tables with dirty stain-proof tablecloths, waitresses who do not deign to say good morning and who do not explain anything to you; you have to make do. We check out; they make me speak on the phone with the manager, I explain the situation and tell him that I hope only one night will be charged. To my great surprise, they charged me for the 3 nights booked. Never again in this hotel for sure!!

The staff didn't know English, not even the restaurant waiters or the resp. there was bad moisture damage in the room, water from the ceiling came through, and the shower was moldy. Otherwise, the maintenance of the entire property has been neglected for probably the last 10 years. The food in the restaurant was in no way worth the price. And thers no parking option without a good luck. Muutenkin koko kiinteistön kunnossapito on jäänyt hoitamatta varmaan viimeisen 10vuoden ajalta. Ruoka ravintolassa ei millään tavalla vastannut siitä maksettavaa hintaa. Lisäksi alueella ei ole pysäköintimahdollisuutta, ilman hyvää tuuria.
