Yesterday after two years I ate here again, as always great food, very good Roman pinsa. I have a complaint about yesterday .. too much waiting to eat, expected the first after ordering 45 min, the second after another 30 minutes, in short, entrance at 21: 20 .. exit at 23:30. I understand that the place is always crowded .. but the wait is too long.

Small and a bit dated but very nice and clean hotel which is great value for money. Staff always ready to help, provide suggestions and assist with queries especially the owner, Dario, who is always ready to go the extra mile to make your stay the best possible. The building is on the seafront promenade, with free parking right in front and offering easy access to areas of interest, good restaurants...

Magnificent view on the port and the sea. The manager and service people are very kind and helpfull. Rooms are very clean. The hotel is situated in a quite and interesting village with an authentic feeling.

The owner of the bar is very kind, the rooms are a little old but very clean, the towels are clean every day, breakfast with fresh croissants from the bakery

The hotel with attached bar is conveniently located in the center of Portoscuso. Parking is easily found near the property. The owner is a kind person, but the staff sometimes lacks courtesy and kindness in their responses. There is always room for improvement!

The staff were fantastic. The front desk was very helpful. The room was clean and bright. Breakfast was a classic Italian breakfast with a wide choice of pastries... the manager was friendly and very kind. Obviously we will definitely be back! Thanks so much for everything. Frau family

Perfect location by the sea with a little beach, bright and new rooms, excellent cocktails and individual breakfast on the roof terrace. If you can afford it, you should definitely choose this place as there is nothing comparable in the region.

Hotel staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Clean and tidy Hotel with good facilities. Our suite had an amazing view out to sea would definitely stay again. Parking was within the grounds so easy and Hotel location was also within walking distance of the town.

Misleading information on the hotel website - no Wellness Centre & Spa, no restaurant or bar in the evening and certainly not a 4 star hotel. However, it is in a beautiful location, as a nice pool and friendly staff. It's a pity the hotel is not honest about its facilities.

Brillant start and restful couple of days for our road trip around Sardinia. Staff were excellent and very friendly.

The hotel was lovely - super-clean, with unmistakeable Mediterranean vibe. Breakfast excellent, good quality and lots of choice. The pool area was very clean and pleasant, too, and it is only a 3-min walk to the beach so it was perfectly possible to lie down by the pool an occasionally walk down for a dip in the sea. What surprised us was that the restaurant only opened for light dishes at lunchtime...

Our stay at this hotel and spa was perfect. The location is gorgeous, walking distance to the beach and the center of town. The service was great! It was peaceful, clean and quiet. Perfect for our family because we were looking for the place with less tourists and very local Italian. The day trip to Carloforte was so fun!

Maria Laura is just an amazing host - always attentive and perfectionalist. At the breakfast, she will make sure that you start your day with a broad smile on your face. Enjoying the sea view (the San Pietro island and just the open Mediterranean Sea all around) every morning and evening was priceless. The room was more spacious than we expected and always very clean.

I stayed with my friend Agnese for 15 days and in the end we too felt part of the house. Gloria and Paolo are a delightful couple, our room and bathroom were always spotless. The hugs with Gloria on the last day moved us.

We stayed for just one night on our Santa Barbara Walk. Excellent welcome from the very kind owners who made us feel at home. The room, like the rest of the house, is spotless, fragrant and tastefully furnished. The breakfast was excellent. We only suffered from the heat during the night, even though there was a large fan in the room.

It's more like a airbnb room rental in a house, or a b&b in the literal sense. If you book the room with private bathroom you will still have to go through the stairs of the house in between (what's the point then). The 2 other rooms have a balcony. No air conditioning but a fan on the ceiling (it was enough for us). Breakfast was too basic. If you book directly you will not have a better price so...

Food is good but waiting over 1h to get the main dish after starter is way too long when you go to the beach and don’t want to sit too long at a table for lunch…

We stayed 8 nights in this beautiful B & B, furniture, fabrics, curtains all very nice and very clean. Our room had 2 balconies with an extraordinary view of the marina and green details !!!! The very nice owners Gigliola and Dario delighted us with extraordinary stories about the area and their life, as well as good breakfasts in the well-kept lounge of the b & b. The reconstruction of an old house from 19st century was made perfectly. Each detail make you feel like at home. Sooo cosy, clean and comfortable! And the owners are just amazing! Really helpful and nice.

Stayed at this B&B after being in contact with owner Max from the previous year. In 2019 we were unable to go for reasons of holiday availability but this year, immediately, at the beginning of February we booked. B&B located 10 'to 30' from sandy or rocky beaches and tourist sites. Our hostess was remarkable, taking care of the well being of her customers. Do not hesitate to ask him for good addresses for dinner. The place is splendid and clean with an infinity swimming pool which offers a view of any beauty on the plain and the sea. Mi casa es tu casa gave us a unique experience ... Francesco, the owner, immediately made himself available to welcome us and direct us to the places and beaches to visit. We stayed in the small depandace, very well equipped. We were 2 plus a 10 month old baby girl. Even though the place was small, we still knew how to make the most of every space.
