Location: 1.5 km from the airport of Rimini, 800 metres from the centre of Riccione, 700 metres from the train station, 100 m from bus stop line 11 (bus stop No. 47).
Consists of one three-story building.

Beach: own sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel on the second line. Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee.

Views are nice from some rooms. Really nice and quiet. Air con is great. The dinners were nice some days. Wine is included in the dinner but it’s nothing special. Pool is nice and warm.
Local dinner with music was so much fun with everyone dancing and the staff dressed up.
All staff are lovely!
Some bathrooms renovated are nice.
Balconies are lovely.

Coffee is great! Staff always smiling. Wonderful location near everything and good restaurants. Very very safe.

Negatives:
One of the receptionists doesn’t speak English but always say ‘si’ that she understands you but she doesn’t. She should just say she doesn’t speak English. Lots of information got mixed up and lost in translation.
The beds are terrible. The worst I’ve slept in. I have bruises all over my body. You can feel the springs on your bones. The beds are short. The pillows are so bad as well. The charging points are old Italian and small. We needed to buy converters from the rest of Europe.
The cleaner always forgets things, she didn’t replace our towels and bedding topping many times. Also she always left the balcony door open and there is no safe!
There are no fridges in the room. So any fruit you have goes mouldy.
Need hand soap dispensers and shampoo/body wash dispenser.
Top bunk I almost fell off. The whole bunk feels like it will break. The ladder falls off. There are sharp bolts on the bunk. Not enough charging points. The ground floor economy rooms are terrible and tiny. We had a comfort room for 2 weeks and it was not comfortable at all.
This hotel is more like 1-2 stars.
Breakfast ok. Need to have cooked eggs like an omelette, non-sugar coated croissants, more fruit, better bread.
There is no where nearby to park really and dropping off is difficult as it’s on the street.
Dinner you have to order at breakfast and it’s 3 courses plus a good salad buffet. The pasta dishes are good some days and terrible others. The pork is always too dry. The fish is too small.
One key per room is hard but you can leave it at reception. Strange blue lighting in hallways at night.
Some strange guests stay as well.
