Stayed 3 nights in early September with a couple of friends on a full-board basis.
Renovated rooms, especially the bathroom with a very functional shower.
The entire hotel was very clean.
Various breakfasts, lunches, and dinners offered varied menus with a choice of fish and meat, with drinks included. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located on the seafront, and the affiliated beach club no. 36 is well-organized and clean, with the lifeguards always available.
Since the hotel is located on a raised level with respect to the beach, there is a shuttle service between the beach and the hotel.

I was fortunate enough to spend a week at this hotel at the end of June...fantastic!

Qualities she manages to convey and share with all her staff!
Everyone was always kind and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile.
I appreciated everything about this hotel, from the food, to the rooms, to the cleanliness, and even the beach service.
Another thing I really liked was the water dispenser.

The location is exceptional, truly seafront with a view from the dining room.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are fantastic, with homemade desserts, meat and fish options, and great flexibility for those with intolerances, allergies, or dietary requirements.
The private beach is well-maintained, and there's plenty of space between the umbrellas.
In short, if you want to spend some relaxing days, eat well, and enjoy a perfect vacation, this is the place for you!

For a 3*** hotel, the rooms are a bit dated and could use a good update (especially the bathrooms!), the housekeeping is good, but the restaurant service is a bit rushed but efficient.
The appetizer and breakfast menus are repetitive but acceptable; I won't rate the food because that's highly subjective.
Availability of alternative menu options.
Excellent location near the sea.
All in all, a pleasant stay.

I can only recommend it to everyone who does not want a luxury environment, but a family environment!

It is the third time we have stayed in this hotel: the kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the owners Oriano and Elena and all the staff allows us to relax and feel at home. The view from the rooms facing the sea is beautiful, the cleanliness is excellent and the cuisine with a buffet full of vegetables and fresh fish is much appreciated. The breakfasts with a vast choice of sweet and savory options allow you to start your days off well. The care given to the customer is evident from the improvements that the owners make to the structure and services every year.

The rooms are always clean every day, including new towels.
The beach service with bathroom 36 is excellent and you can also use the shuttle service.

Common areas equipped for both adults and children.
Located right in front of the beach and with a shuttle also available to be even more convenient in reaching it.

Hotel Palazzi a small pearl. Gluten free cuisine, friendly and very professional staff. Spotless rooms like the rest of the hotel. The beach is really 2 minutes away on foot, it has an agreement with the hotel and they are very kind (among other things, very clean and tidy including the bathrooms). Thank you very much. After many years I returned for a hotel holiday (due to celiac disease I never trusted it) thank you very much!! All wonderful staff.

The vacation was awesome! It was me and two friends of mine.
Food was great, the facilities were clean and nice, location was awesome ( close to the beach, baia imperiale and gabicce monte).
Great chance to visit gradara.
The staff was exceptionally nice and kind, always gave us great tips!
