Just spent 11 nights in this wonderful hotel.
Antonio and his entire staff know what it takes to give people a wonderful experience.

I loved this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff and amenities were superb. I was so thankful for the welcoming staff who were able to speak English (I am so sorry I cannot speak Italian)--they helped with calling taxi services and made sure all aspects of the stay were comfortable. Evenings in the lobby are delightful with assorted charcuterie and drinks served. The included breakfast is AMAZING with many options including gluten-free snacks and cereals as well as beautiful fresh fruits, breads, sweets, and good old bacon and scrambled eggs. Again, the wait staff are friendly and kind. The room was delightful--I kept my balcony doors open so I could see and hear the sea as much as possible. Everything was spotless and functioned well and a sweet surprise on my birthday was finding a gift bag of complimentary olive oil and printed well wishes. There are really no "cons" except I was a bit too far from my conference venue which got to be pricey with taxis. Get to know how to get taxis while there!

We spent one week in Panoramic hotel, it was recommended by a person who know this hotel very well. I can say that we have also only good feelings from the hotel and the personnel. The room was big enough for us (2adults and 1 child) with a side view to the sea. It was cleaned up every day and when we found that the door on the bathroom is not closing well, they repaired it next morning. The personnel was very kind and helpful, with some of them we can´t talk, but somehow we understand each other. The beach was very close, on the other side of the road, it was nice and clean. We booked the sunbeds in the hotel for the whole week, I recommend this, because the beach guy said much more for them per our. What was also very good, that on every beach they have a smaller or bigger playground for children. I think this locality is very good with little children or for those who want to relax, it is calm and quit, but you can find everything what you need (little shops, restaurant, bar, confectionery...).

This hotel is for those wanting good value for money. Although the location isn't perfect the hotel was. Good food and service and the new rooms were just right for us. No pool, but the beach is a stones throw away for those who like a dip. Note, it's cheaper to book a sunbed on the beach rather than tthrough the hotel. Hotel buffet was good but there were very short windows of an hour to eat lunch / dinner. We opted for half board. A bus ride down to the Marina or 45 min walk was nice for a change of scenery, as well as in the Central area too for bar hopping and lunch.

I spent a week in this hotel with my sister and nice at the end of August and we had an amazing time. Our room was spacious and always very clean. The food was delicious and always fresh and you probably will end up eating more than you want as I did! The staff was very attentive, and always keen to help, we really felt looked after. Antonio and Fabrizio are excellent managers that look after not only the guests but also their staff and you can tell people are happy to work there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that want to have a great time in Viserba. Serenella

We stayed at the hotel from late August to early September 2024 and had a great experience. The beachfront location offers stunning views—especially from higher floors or the rooftop. Our room had a beautiful sea view, perfect for watching the sunrise, weather changes, and even glimpses of Rimini’s landmarks like the Ruota, lighthouse, and San Marino. The staff was friendly, the food delicious, and the rooms were clean with frequent towel and linen changes. The soundproofing was excellent, making for a peaceful stay. We recommend the Prestige rooms for the best experience. Don't hesitate to book. The staff is helpful, from arranging transfers to fulfilling other requests. Special thanks to the manager for assisting with our transfer to Rimini train station. Be sure to confirm room details when booking.

This hotel was an absolute delightful suprise. We stayed there for 8 days with friends and family. The service was brilliant, there was no problem that could not be or was not handled. The ladies at reception are all helpful. Look for Francesca (short,black hair) if you want to make sure you you are well informed and taken care of, also you can get the best deals for waterparks, restaurants and things to do around the place. Eventhough it is only a 3 star hotel, the cleaness, food, service was something you can only praise. I am more than happy to recommend this hotel, it is well worth the price. Thank you again

We had a excellent stay at the Panoramic hotel. At first the hotel seems disappointing: the rooms are outdated and the beds are not very comfortable. However, apart from this everything turned out perfect. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily with fresh linen and towels. When we mentioned that our room was a bit small, we got changed to a larger one as soon as it was available. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food (we had breadfast and dinner) is extremely nice, offering a very good choice that changes daily. The hotel organized trips to nearby sights every other night, for a very fair price. In addtion they offered entrance tickets to nearby attractions at reduced prices. We made extensive use of these options since our own travel organization did not bother providing us with any service in that regard. And finally a special thanks to the hotel and in particular to Pino who manned the reception at night: we had a minor medical emergency in the middle of the night needing a specific medication. A doctor was immediately called who provided the presciption and a taxi was organized that picked up the medication for us, all within an hour at minimal cost! In summary: this hotel is fantastic!
