Apartments in Rimini

Room was spacious, neat, and air-conditioned. To have your own fridge and dishwasher was nice. Also people are helpfull and friendly. Will definitely recommend this place!

Location is perfect on the beach..limited parking. Appartments are roomy but could use some love with painting the scratched walls and some maintenance of the bathroom amenities ( hanging shower doors, water drains ). Be aware the building is very noisy..you can hear every word and toilet flush from above you. Could overall use some love and it would easily be a 4*+ hotel

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are specius and nice decorated. We changed room to one with seawiew, I do not think it was worth the price. From our room, it was at times very much noise from the playground with a lot of children playing. We liked our stay here. Right on beach and on Main Street of Viserba, rooms had everything one need even if you want to cook. Great view from bedroom window is bonus.

Struttura bellissima, direttamente sulla spiaggia, camere moderne con dettagli molto curati (led sopra il letto, cromoterapia nella doccia). Spazi ampi, posizione perfetta per noi che avevamo necessità di raggiungere la fiera di Rimini in poco tempo ma anche per chi vuole fare la classica vacanza al mare. First room we asked to be changed. There is and old side and a renew one. Small hotel, quite old. I understood there is a new team so lloks lime things getting better. I give 4 starts due the polite attitude of the staff. 5 stars when all hotel change face.

We change the room for an apartment. The apartment is large, it has a small kitchen, a large bathroom and two rooms each one with TV. The staff is very friendly and wants to help. We want to see some places and they gave us info about where and when and what bus or train. There are spaces for children and also a swimming pool. Not very large, but good enough to spend some hours in the afternoon....

Quiet place for children and families, good owners and a beautiful parrot, the only flaw is the cleanliness for what you pay it should be improved if you ask me what? Dust bathroom fan with 6 fingers of dust so maybe I would improve the cleaning company and above all I would not write a room with a TV when in reality you see 5 channels on the cross! Beautiful new apartment with covered parking that is not bad these days

Renovated hotel, convenient and comfortable, super friendly and helpful staff and very good prices. The only small flaw for those like me who care a lot about cleaning, a more thorough cleaning should be done in the bathroom which is super important. For the rest I would gladly return.

Optimal position, crossing the road you are at the beach. Area with all services well accessible. In the traditional Romagna welcome, the staff of the Le Viole residence confirms their kindness, cordiality and professionalism. Very friendly staff and clean place

We went to this fabulous b&b in june, the hosts are fantastic, they made us feel at home, they were great with our little baby. But the best bit was definitely the breakfast, wow the variation on a daily basis was incredible. In the mornings sat on the terrace overlooking the beach and the sea, perfect way to start the day off😁. Definitely be coming back

Excellent location a few steps from the sea, they have agreements with a beach that offers excellent prices to customers, my family stayed 5 weeks. In the cozy and clean studio apartment, comfortable for two but also suitable for 3 with a child, excellent prices that in winter can even reach only 400 € MONTH. Recommended motorcycle.
