Apartments in Rimini

It's super cheap, we booked via Airbnb, and it's a small room, equipped with kitchen. Nothing fancy, but it's comfortable, clean, there is a small but functional balcony, it's very well located (200 m from the beach) and the manager, Sergio is friendly, although he can't speak English (but his Russian is very good 😎). We had a parking space for our motorbike, so we were good....it's a perfect Basecamp...

I was pleased with this place. and recommend it to everyone. The rooms are clean and warm (I was in winter). I especially liked that there is free parking.

Great room, very spacious and clean with a terrace to sit on. Very nice shower although bed sheets sometimes chafe. 9/10 especially considering the low price to value!

the apartment they gave us was really nice, it has a nice view of the sea and you can even watch the sunrise from the balcony. you can't avoid problems though like a leaking sink or a couple of burned out lights. but the our stay there was great. the beach is 2 minutes away from the residence.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. The hotel is very close to the beach. Renting a parking place in the garage is a must.

The people here are very nice and can talk a bit English. I advise you to learn some Italian skills. Overal the hotel is not very big, but also not small. The view is nice, with a glance towards the beach, if you are staying high in the building. Every room has an balcony with sun between 10am/6pm. Important is that everything is almost clean. You won't have a nightmare, by entering your room. At least...

I stayed in this residence with my husband for 15 days and removed a small initial inconvenience solved in a very short time by the courteous cleaning ladies we felt at home already only at the reception. The apartment was spacious with a sofa, kitchen area including all necessary dishes, bedroom and bath room.

This year we chose an apartment instead of a hotel for personal needs. We chose residence domus because they were extremely helpful on the phone. Arrived at the residence we were very well received both us and our 4 month old dog. The rooms are very large and there is all the comfort. Incredibly kind staff, we accommodated 8 people with a dog because the other accommodation booked last year gave our place to someone else on the day of arrival. We are grateful for the kindness of the aurgia hotel.

The conditions are ok, but be aware: its on a very noisy street, even late in the night! Maybe you lose the sea view and ask for a courtyard view, if you want a little silence.

Large and spacious rooms, a little old hob definitely to be renovated. Not very clean but despite everything comfortable, both for proximity to the sea and for the apartment itself.

The place is definitely good, but there are some serious issues: reception is often not available even during the hours it should; staff is friendly, but if you don't remind about your request as they can forget; and the worst - you cannot check in without paying the full sum for your staying, not pre-authorize, but pay.

Second time at Residence Aida, and it's always a pleasure to go back. The residence is nice, clean and very close to the sea (just cross the street). Andrea, the owner, with his courtesy, friendliness and helpfulness makes your stay unique! :)

Great. Comfortable studio with everything you need. There are also two-room apartments. A real marvel at two steps from the sea. Staff always available, welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Clean and comfortable. Good prices. Too bad for the electric stove in the kitchen. They are resistance ones and it takes a long time to reach cooking temperatures. For the rest it is a good residence.

Modern and comfortable apartments, staff always available to help you in all your needs, tranquility while being in the center of miramare. Complicated on arrival because the reception is not in the main building and there is no indication. Great place to stay, especially with a family. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything needed, the laundry is in the basement, and the best part is the huge balcony! The beach, cafes, stores, bus stops are all within a 5-10 minutes walk. But it's quiet around the hotel. We've stayed here twice and already plan to go back again :)
