We stayed here for two weeks in summertime and enjoyed every second. Being in the hospitality branche myself I want to give them my sincere compliments about everything !!
Wonderful apartments, clean, very friendly and professional staff, everything works, beautiful location and more .... We stayed at luxury hotels in Rimini for years but Residence hotel Queen wins in all aspects. I would say keep up the professional good work we definitely hope to be back one day !! Very nice hotel, very quiet rooms, comfy bed and great hosts not on the seafront but only around 100 yds away, disabled friendly, we have an electric wheelchair, there is an outside lift to reception and lifts to floors, all flat, dog friendly as well, balcony a bonus. Very good.

We were staying at the hotel beside and a group of italian bullies (a young guy and a young girl and maybe a few more) on the balcony of Residence Queen were shouting and insulting people passing by.
The passersby were mostly foreign tourists that couldn't immediately grab the insults in Italian.

I don't recommend this hotel.
They ask for your car keys! I said I wouldn't give my car keys, I don't want anybody else driving my car. The answer was "We got Mercedes Benz, BMW and Land rovers here" just cause I got a Mitsubishi.
They also said there's orders parking lots.
After a discussion the owner said I could park there but I couldn't move the car because were oder cars in front of mine.
Very arrogant people!!!
Place is very dusty.
They only change the towels in 3 or 4 days and they don't see anything else, no toilet paper and no trash sack.
Shower was broken and dirty
I would say is a 2 star Hotel and that's being nice.
Don't recommend
If you're looking for a place just to sleep, you can try it.

Stayed here about 4 times now. Always a warm welcome. Self catering appartments with 24 hour reception. Good facilities, under hotel parking,€8 per day free bikes. Close to beach and all the restaurants. Spero di tornare fra poco

Beautiful hotels, rooms are huge with spectacular views, hotel has own boat to take you to Venice central all times off the day, free of charge, breakfast is delicious offering continental and fresh produce, fully recommend this hotel
