Great rooms, staff always smiling, friendly and helps. Breakfast on top. Location also very good.

Perfect location, nice restaurants around, nice staff, good breakfast

First of all, thank you for the great stay. Very nice owners, excellent team at reception and dining. Cleaners did their best. Communication was not a problem at all, don`t get worried if you are not Italian.

1. The hotel: room are very clean, towels are changed every day; hair dryer in the shower room, shampoo and spoon is included. Much attention is paid to sanitation.

2. The kitchen: excellent food. For the dinner and supper: Salads are served at the separate table + you get starter + you choose 2 second dishes from six offered (all very tasty!!!) + home wine, water, orangeade or coke is always on your table + fruits and cakes. Breakfast is fantastic - they serve the best croissants we have ever eaten. We`ve put on 4 kilos, but could not resist to taste everything they offered. We were lucky to have Liza and Luciano, who spoke English and a little Hungarian with us.

3. The beach: it is #85, 2 min walk, just across the main road, clean, spacious, very attentive beach team.

4. Parking - secured, 100 meters from the hotel .

5. Transportation - 100 meters bus stop to Rimini city center. + Bus stop for free shuttle bus to Le Befane shopping center, + Bus stop for the free shuttle bus to Bologna outlet + Bus stop for the bus to San Marino. We did it all with absolutely no problems.

We had a very nice vacation in this hotel. Clean room, good food, staffs are very kind and always smiling. sea-view swimming pool, the children enjoyed it so much . We will come back for sure.😃

The great place to stay in Rimini. The staff is very friendly. All is very good.

I come here almost every year, and it's always been a better experience everytime. The pool is big, the food is nice, and the beach 85 is just around the corner! The service is stunning, and the view from the pool is the most superb view I have ever seen!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, super rooftop pool, nice view of the sea and the hills of Appenines. Fair breakfast (could be improved with veggies and fruits)
