Location: 4 km from the airport of Rimini, in a Central area of Rimini, near Piazza Tripoli, in 1.5 km from railway station, 2 km from the historic centre, 20 metres from the beach.
Consists of one 7-storey building.
The hotel has 50 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy, is located 20 m from the hotel on the first coastline. Beach equipment - for a fee.

Great location, plenty of restaurants and bars, a supermarket right next door, a laundromat 6 min walk away. The rooms are a bit small, the breakfast is very good, parking is available on site but it is far too expensive (50€), twice the cost of the street parking nearby.

The price of the parking is over-the-top insane. Till 60 euro per day ! Both on the official website and booking.com there is no info about the price. In my first email communication (2023) the price was 35 euro, after booking on booking.com the price has risen to 40 euro and at arrival the reception asked me 50 euro per day. Of course i could show the agreed price of 40 euro in my email communication so this was corrected after a call with the boss. 2 days later is spoke with another customer and he told me that the recepton asked him 60 (!) euro per day for the parking. So obviously prices are made randomly and are not based on any offical listing or documentation. So there are scenario's where tourists arrive by car after a long trip and get a big surprise when they are presented the total price of the hotel parking. I know that parking space is a BIG problem in Rimini, but please consider that grabbing lot of mony for the hotel parking will probably work on short term, but on long term nobody will ever come back only because of the insane parking prices. This will also for sure effect the total review score in the end. I had also a long talk with the guy from the night reception who admitted this problem but had to follow orders from the boss. There were cases where people had to pay almost the same daily amount for the parking then for the hotel room, come on .....
Enough about the parking price, i must say that the hotel location is perfect. You have the sea on the backside of the hotel and the swimming pool on the frontside of the hotel. The swimming pool was very nice, very clean and never overcrowed during our stay in August. The beach however was unfortunatly very dirtly, we booked seats for 7 days but only came 3 times to the beach.
The hotel is also located direclty on the main boulevard where you have lot of bars and restaurants and there's always fun & music. The breakfast in the hotel is very rich and well organised. The hotel staff is professinoal & friendly.

The Club House Hotel in Rimini is a very nice, centrally located, and family-friendly hotel. It is accessible from the highway in about 10 minutes and is right on the beach. The staff is very friendly! Especially the lady at the breakfast buffet is attentive and makes excellent coffee. There is also parking available right at the hotel, but it costs 25€ per day. However, it is video-monitored and fenced. One small drawback is the nearby burger restaurant with extremely loud music.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with fellow travelers. Despite its promising online presence, the reality of this hotel fell far short of my expectations.
First and foremost, the decor and overall appearance of the building were extremely outdated. It seemed like the hotel had not seen any renovations or updates in decades. The worn-out furniture, and lack of modern amenities left me feeling like I had stepped back in time.
To make matters worse, the bed in my room was incredibly uncomfortable. The mattress felt worn and saggy, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. This greatly affected my overall experience and left me feeling fatigued and restless throughout my stay.
The biggest letdown was the pool. The pictures displayed online were deceiving, as the actual pool turned out to be located on the street. This not only made it extremely noisy, but it also raised safety concerns. Furthermore, the pool was far from clean and inviting. The overall maintenance was lacking, leaving me reluctant to take a dip.
I would strongly advise prospective guests to carefully consider their options before choosing this hotel. The outdated decor, uncomfortable beds, unhelpful staff, and misleading pool situation make it difficult for me to recommend as a suitable accommodation choice.
I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to address these issues and strive for improvements in the future.

This would have been at least a 4star review. Actually a new and clean place with great „value for money“ deals - especially in the off season. Nothing to complain about except the worst „Welcome“ for a check in i ever had.
A nice lady and the most outrageous guy who shoudn‘t work at a reception. This is the WRONG job for a short tempered unfriendly guy!! My credit card had been declined somehow. That was to much for him- he told me he can‘t spend 20 minutes for every guest to check in! Even after i told him to pay in cash right away, he send me away and told me to leave and that check in was in 1 hour… A very disrespectful behaviour towards any guest!!!

It's just a standard hotel at the Rimini Sea front. It's all right but getting a bit old. The location is really good.

we booked this hotel on Booking.com. When we arrived, we were told there were no free rooms, they offered a worse hotel for the same money. I think this is a scam. The booking answered that the Hotel could not use my card :). Scammers.

4 stars hotel, but clients should pay for parking 25 eur per day, in hotel website they dont have such information !!! It is terrible!!! Men in reception is really crude. We could not pay at checking out, it is strange... I have never seen it before. Besides, hotel don't have bycicles for rent. If you want to stay at beach, it costs 18 eur. Breakfast and rooms was ok.

Perfect localization, private parking, helpful reception (even in situation of very late check-in). Rooms clean, comfortable bed, possibility to seat on balcony and watch for sea - priceless :) Just need to pass thru road to be on beach. Very good working WiFi network. Breakfast good in covid times.
