Special shout out to Francesco and Luca who made our stay incredibly stress free, from arrival.
The staff team at this hotel are almost like a family. The hotel is so clean everywhere you go. We had some drinks at the bar, there is a limited selection but good idea if it's raining. The bikes are great and I used them for 1 hour on 2 x mornings to access the parco del mare which is directly behind the hotel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast is amazing and my son loved the waffle maker. He even made one for other guests!!! The bus stop(vespucci) is ideally located directly outside the hotel and no. 11 will take you to the train station where you can access various connecting buses. Overall a very enjoyable stay at this hotel.

The room was small but very clean and some of the staff were very helpful but I had an unpleasant interaction with one staff who called me “crazy” (of course he denies calling me this) because I had to leave one day early due to a family emergency and I was challenging them charging me for the entire reservation. They told me they won’t be able to book the one night even though I was sure they could have since it was the weekend. It’s the old “profit over people” model. The interaction didn’t have to be combative but the staff was just in panic mode- oh, if I didn’t pay the entire reservation, his boss would end up taking it out of his pay; oh I’m crazy for even asking this, this is Italy not America; he needed to work and I should leave him alone. I ended up paying the entire reservation and I felt bullied to do so. And then I had to go home to a very sick family member. It wasn’t a great experience whatsoever.

We are very satisfied from our stay in Hotel de Londres in Rimini! Perfect reception service, water avaiable in the room, good breakfast: very good choice of tarts, croissants, dounats.

The rooms were very comfortable and our room was quiet, the air conditioning worked well! There is a lack of shelf-space in the bedroom and bathroom, but that is a minor detail. The fact that parking is available is also a bonus.
The staff were all welcoming and helpful and switched to English easily due to my limited Italian!
The location is great for the beach, but also convenient for catching the bus into Rimini centre.

We really lived our stay in Hotel De Londres. The location is great, the service is top notch, and we got the beach package which actually saved us some money and made everything more pleasant and convenient.
The breakfast was okay, and the rooms are modern and clean.
The only area for improvement I can think of is the beds could be more comfortable (especially the pillows).

We loved everything. It’s an exceptional hotel. Very clean, very central, very comfortable. Absolutely excellent on every level. The attention to detail at the place is second to none. It’s really perfect. We’ll definitely be staying at Londres every time we come to Rimini. A big thank you to all the staff! We could not have had a better stay - truly!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. From the front desk professionalism to the friendly housekeepers - qualità buona e molto professionalità! The front desk answered many of my questions in a timely manner. The location was spot on and the price was fantastic for the high quality hotel. We received massages (which were ok, but much appreciated) and saw the 5th floor spa area and fitness corner - very nice! AND we got to take the bikes out for 3 hours for free! 👏🏼🙌🏻 The hotel’s breakfast was superb which was just what we needed for the bike ride. I would certainly stay here again and will recommend it to anyone visiting Rimini.

Very clean and nice hotel. Breakfast is served till noon which is cool. The spa section is pleasant. The gym is rather tiny.

The whole experience was great. The hotel room we were staying was always clean and the housekeeping staff were making the beds everyday! Hotel staff were also nice and accommodating. They truly want to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable.
My only reason for giving only 4-stars was that there were mosquitoes in the breakfast hall that kept on biting us.
However, overall, the hotel is truly commendable and a very great place to stay while in Rimini. Would love to come back!
