Location: 1.5 km from the historic centre of Rimini, 1 km from railway station, 3 km from the airport of Rimini.
Consists of a 5-storey building.
The hotel has 60 rooms.
Beach: public sand at 100 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee.
On the hotel territory: 1 restaurant, 1 bar, lobby, Elevator, conference room, English speaking guest relations , garage (extra charge) pools: 1 (open on the 5th floor, is open during the summer), the Breakfast room, TV room, terrace for sunbathing

The hotel advertises itself as 4 stars but def more of a 3 stars compared to EU standards. Rooms are quite old style and need renovation, AC works only on automatic (?) and you cannot change the settings in the room yourself.
But on a positive note, the staff is really nice and helpful, they gave us a better room than the initially assigned one and were able to help us on all our asks.
Also the hotel is 3 min walk from the beach.
All in all I recommend staying here unless you are looking for a more modern structure.

We recently stayed for 5 days at Hotel President, and our experience was exceptional. The service provided by the staff was outstanding; they were incredibly helpful and treated us with genuine warmth. The reception, housekeeping and food & beverage teams were particularly lovely, making us feel like part of their family. The hotel's atmosphere was charming, and the attention to detail in their guest services was fantastic. Our time at Hotel President was truly memorable, and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Hotel President, for making our stay in Italy so special!

Cute little hotel in the heart of Rimini beach life!
Rooms are a bit romantic style, clean, and pretty.
Service is all-over friendly and helpful.
Location couldn't be more perfect when you want to stay by the beach. The old city center is about 1,5km away.
You can take busses, trips or mini train straight outside of the hotel, from the crossroads.

Very well situated next to piazza Marvelli ( direct bus to San Marino and other) nice rooftop with pool.very nice staff either in reception or breakfast room or cleaning. Comfortable bed.. room a bit rococo style...only issue is curtains not closing completely...so sun can weak you up early in the morning

I loved this hotel. Super clean and has very spacious rooms. While the location isn't beach front it is pretty darn close. This place had a great free breakfast and had Fantastic service. Walls are thick, and bathrooms were well maintained.

Everything is good. Very honest 4*. Rooms .... Feast for the eyes! There are 5 RUSSIAN CHANNELS, REFRIGERATOR, WiFi 5G. It's just the breakfasts.

When a part of the ceiling falls down in your hotel room…thankfully not injuring you or your partner…but still…you would expect some kind of concern from the hotel? Oh no, not here.
They simply ask you if you poked it? And then ask why should you get a discount?
Absolutely appalling from all members of staff
On top of that, it’s dated and looks nothing like the pictures. Also told there was no parking available and to go and look elsewhere.
