The water from the upper floors drained directly above our heads. Every time the guest upstairs went to the bathroom, we were promptly greeted by a downpour of water! We've never experienced anything like this, and we're talking about a 4-star hotel... Courteous and friendly staff, varied sweet and savory breakfast.

The hotel advertises itself as 4 stars but def more of a 3 stars compared to EU standards. Rooms are quite old style and need renovation, AC works only on automatic (?) and you cannot change the settings in the room yourself.
But on a positive note, the staff is really nice and helpful, they gave us a better room than the initially assigned one and were able to help us on all our asks.
Also the hotel is 3 min walk from the beach.
All in all I recommend staying here unless you are looking for a more modern structure.

We recently stayed for 5 days at Hotel President, and our experience was exceptional. The service provided by the staff was outstanding; they were incredibly helpful and treated us with genuine warmth. The reception, housekeeping and food & beverage teams were particularly lovely, making us feel like part of their family. The hotel's atmosphere was charming, and the attention to detail in their guest services was fantastic. Our time at Hotel President was truly memorable, and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Hotel President, for making our stay in Italy so special!

At the Hotel President in Rimini, we were greeted courteously from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable and well-soundproofed, but the lack of electrical outlets was a problem, as was the rather dated bathroom. The rooftop pool is attractive, but the terrace bar was unstaffed when we tried to order an evening aperitif. The breakfast offered was simple, and some items weren't up to par with a 4-star hotel.

Cute little hotel in the heart of Rimini beach life!
Rooms are a bit romantic style, clean, and pretty.
Service is all-over friendly and helpful.
Location couldn't be more perfect when you want to stay by the beach. The old city center is about 1,5km away.
You can take busses, trips or mini train straight outside of the hotel, from the crossroads.

Very kind staff, clean and quite large room, spacious bathroom with everything you need free of charge. Very nice and practical swimming pool on the fifth floor for spending a relaxing afternoon. Nothing to say, beautiful hotel, every time we go to Rimini we always stay there.
