The property is dated and neglected.
The room and bathroom are small and poorly maintained, with many damaged fixtures and fittings. The furnishings are outdated, to say the least.

The food is mediocre, but breakfast is good.

Given the type of response the owner gave on another platform, I think it's appropriate to make a few comments:
You mention subjectivity, but this can only be attributed to the last point I raised on the other portal, namely the request to leave one day early (as I said, this aspect had little impact on the final rating).
But the rest is not "very subjective" as stated, but very objective!
Since you know your accommodations well, just be sincere and honest in admitting that you have rooms (I don't know if some or all, but mine certainly is) that need to be radically renovated and overhauled, and that they certainly aren't 3-star rated.
Instead, you preferred to talk about subjectivity, and the veracity of what I stated;
also adding inappropriate phrases like "you deserved it" in your response.
It's often easier to make a better impression by admitting the obvious, perhaps by saying you'll work to improve and renew where necessary.

The type of response you provided speaks volumes about you, rather than the dissatisfied customer who explained a negative experience honestly, politely, and without distorting things.

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. We booked a room around February for a stay in July. In April they sent a message that our accommodation was canceled because my credit card was not good. I used my card to make purchases that day and on the following days as well. I called them about the problem, they promised to call me back, instead I just got a message that it was already released to another guest, It all happened on the same day. I don't understand why you can book in advance with them if they cancel the reservation arbitrarily.
