impeccable cleanliness. The lady who cleaned us on the 1st floor is wonderful and cleans very well and beautifully. Expectations for a 4-star hotel leave much to be desired.

I stayed at this hotel in the year 2012. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony, and there was a good supermarket and restaurant near the hotel.

Good hotel to stay in for a moment, the room was clean and tidy, only problem was the walls and ceiling, which was damaged by water and unpleasant to look at and possibly moldy.

One of our worst stays at a hotel.
First, the air conditioning did not work and was given a fan that blew hot air around. Was told at check-out it was fixed at 22:00 the night before, though at 02:00 can guarantee it was not working in our room.
Second, a dog in the room above us barked from 20:00 until 02:00, and when telling the front desk around 24:00; the dog continued to bark.
Thirdly the same room above us started shifting furniture around at 05:00 resulting in 4hrs sleep.
When checking out, informed the desk and asked for a refund or partial refund; was told to email and they will refund us. We emailed. They did not email back. Lol, absolute joke and standard so far from what we have in counted across in Italy. Rude and ignorant customer service.

The location of the hotel is very good. A few minutes walk to the beach right on the shopping and restaurant street. The staff is very friendly, competent and courteous.
Negative:
The owner leaves this hotel neglected. The entire hotel is getting old and worn. You can clearly see that hardly anything is being repaired here. Dirty windows, worn seating in the lobby, dirty carpet in the hallways, calcified very small showers. In general, the shower cubicles are too small, impractical, calcified and sometimes moldy. The staff is so friendly and hardworking, but can't help it if the owner only pulls out money. This hotel has definitely not deserved 4 stars, but 2-3. Price-performance ratio: bad. I hope that the owner sees this and finally invests something again for the great staff is worth it!

Excellent location, friendly staff, very good breakfast. All the towels and sheets are changed daily.
