Very nice hotel located just by the beach. The hotel is renovated and modern and exceeded our expectations. Comfortable rooms. Nice and helpful staff. Hotel right next to the wide and clean beach (paid sunbeds). Possibility to reserve a parking space (extra fee). Very tasty breakfasts (sweet and savory options). We will be happy to come back.

The rooms were clean, the staff very nice, the breakfast excellent. There is a lot to choose from. Excellent location to nearby cities (Tavullia, San Marino, Misano). And the view .. I will definitely come back.

Super nice hotel to stay in Rimini! We booked for only one night, but we changed our booking and stayed for more. The breakfast area is super nice and newly renovated. They have non-dairy milk choices and a lot of sweet and salty options. The rooms are clean and the staff is super nice.

Well it’s a nice hotel with WiFi, friendly staff but no parking, thus you need to think about in advance.

It is located in 3 min or less from the sea, absolutely charming view you from your room.

The room is usually with balcony, thus you will enjoy the view.

Somehow rooms on their photos look better then in real life, however I was too tired to change anything.

When I was there you had to wear masks and gloves on a breakfast.
By the way the breakfast is great here.

The standard of the hotel is very good. I really loved the location. Delicious breakfast. I can really recommend the place.

Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast with options for different allergies (e.g. gluten, lactose) and super location close to the beach.
But, the rooms are small and it's extremely noisy in the evening.
Very clean and could be better , but hatd to ask more from the old infrastructure of Rimini.

The good's:
Location is in a front-row practically at the beach
Very decent (for Italian standard) breakfast with a selection of "sweat" (normal Italian) and "salty" (scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, vegetables, etc).
Comfortable room for 4 people family.
Fantastic staff - they REALLY cared and wanted our stay to be great on multiple occasions.

Our stay was amazing, but here couple things to improve:
The wifi is terribly slow, seems like a super easy improvement for the hotel.
Air Conditioning needs some rethinking - in one room we had it wasn't able to keep up with the heat at night, in another room, it pumped out so much cold air directly at the bed, that we often had to turn it off. It's wasn't a big deal, but rather something for owners to improve.

An excellent hotel situated on the sea front in Rimini. Friendly staff, a very clean and comfortable room, generous shower and bathroom and good food. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and spacious room with sea view, super friendly staff and a rich breakfast. If we ever visit Rimini again, we will definitely stay there.
