Very unprofessional hotel. Stayed 3 nights 5-8 November and the hotel reserved the room rental before my arrival and charged my credit card both the deposit and payment of the room at the reception upon arrival. Have tried to contact the hotel regarding this double payment. The hotel does not respond to e-mail, telephone or Whatsup. Very, very bad managed. Probably won't get my money back.

I had a terrible experience with the manager M. at this hotel. The manager is extremely incompetent, unfriendly, and unprofessional. He told us one thing over the phone to calm us down, but he never kept his word. Later, he even yelled at us, demanding that we stop calling, and stated that he wouldn't respond to us or pick up the phone anymore. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel.

We stayed just for one night passing by Rimini on our way home from holidays. The lady at the front desk was really friendly at check in, but forgot to give us important information e.g. check out time or WiFi password. The room was dark (only lights on nightstands) and quite old fashioned. Furthermore, the bathroom was really smelly and not well cleaned (hair in the drain). Overall there are for sure better Options in this price category!

employees (cleaners) steal and throw away things from the rooms at their own will (I lost €20 worth of things). the cleaners smoke in the rooms (if they have to clean them)

My food and drinks got stolen by the cleaners. Closed can, full drinks, food. Watch out for your stuff (even food) and use the safe

Great cost of the room. Upon arrival, they welcome you with a smile and a lot of kindness. Breakfast is amazing, and the rooms are comfortable, and nothing is missing. In the morning, a rich breakfast awaits you, with excellent local products and others made by them. 2 NOTTI AL MARITTIMA. Siamo stati presso l'hotel Marittima. L'hotel è semplice ma molto ben fatto. Lo staff è molto accogliente, gentile e tutti sono anche molto professionali. Le camere e tutto il resto della struttura pulite, nuove e molto funzionali. Lo consiglio!

Very good. Good location with respect to the beach and area restaurants and bars. We were 5, the facilities are comfortable and the staff very friendly… Breakfast was the best thing about my morning there, absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it.
