I had a terrible experience with the manager M. at this hotel. The manager is extremely incompetent, unfriendly, and unprofessional. He told us one thing over the phone to calm us down, but he never kept his word. Later, he even yelled at us, demanding that we stop calling, and stated that he wouldn't respond to us or pick up the phone anymore. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel.

employees (cleaners) steal and throw away things from the rooms at their own will (I lost €20 worth of things). the cleaners smoke in the rooms (if they have to clean them)

My food and drinks got stolen by the cleaners. Closed can, full drinks, food. Watch out for your stuff (even food) and use the safe

One star hotel! The worst 3 star hotel I have ever seen. Bad, very old, stinky, broken rooms. Bad cleaning, comunication service. Need pay extra money for refrigirator, conditioning. In some rooms no main light, connections not working, broken showers or toilets. Not changeble towels, poor breakfast.
