Hotel Nettunia

I stayed, luckily for me in this hotel for only two nights with my family from September 4th to 6th, to start with they crammed us into a single room in 4 we couldn't fit. Moving the poor and inadequate dining room service for the category, the restaurant service to say the least unacceptable, and of terrible taste and presentation, the inedible buffet composed of artichokes, pickled vegetables from the pizzeria, mushrooms, sautéed pizza, pickles and a sort of peppers stuffed with tuna, the cleaning of the rooms poor not to say dirty after all the complaints exposed to a pseudo director I understood, one thing is certain that this hotel is in the process of abandonment to itself I strongly advise against going there, my only mistake was to have my wife book who didn't read the myriad negative reviews of this structure in decay

simply absurd that this hotel has stars, let alone 4. in short: the heating, being francoil, did not work and in the rooms where it worked it was freezing in the bathroom anyway because the towel warmer obviously did not heat. needless to say there were problems with the hot water too. cold even in the breakfast room. as a gem every time the access key would demagnetize and you would have to go up and down the stairs. at least, you will say, the owners were hospitable as they are from Romagna... well no and judging by the Romagna accents little or nothing. the price... 138 for a double room per night. if you love the thrill it is the right place for you

To say that it is worse than a hostel is a compliment. My companion also had the wood with the coat of arms that was above the door fall on his head (just one of the thousand misfortunes that happened there). The managers want to make money on the skin of the people and do not even issue receipts or invoices. It is a shame that because of them, the name of the hotel loses its reputation after more than 30 years of service.

I waited until the end of my stay for some camera crew to arrive to tell me it was all a joke, but alas it wasn't. If you think you're going on a 4-star vacation, stop fooling yourself before you set foot in there. I've never been happier to leave a "hotel" in my life, not even after a stay in a 1-star hotel run by former tilers who improvise as hoteliers. Here is a list of starred amenities: - room so small for 3 people that you had to wait outside when someone needed to change or go to the bathroom. - drain and water not working for the entire first day - pigeon feces on: shared terrace, deckchairs, balconies and windows - smell of sewage in the building. PRO: in the shower tray there was a convenient sponge made of hair from previous guests, I found it a brilliant idea for recycling materials. If you think this is the worst, prepare yourself to delve into 4-star cuisine: - leftover food from the day before re-proposed at the buffet (not even reheated) like French fries from the night before (returned to the table 24 hours later) - quality of food: they forgot they had to be edible. I'll mention one of the funny events: the cleaning lady who opened the door to our room while we were changing. The staff was completely incapable of any role, not even speaking to tourists. I had to translate so they could communicate with the waiters. I won't continue, because I think the only ones who can do something for this hotel are the workers who remove the 3 stars too close to the sign. Avoid this agony.

If you like sleepless night
Very noisy room. Air conditioning was very loud so I had to sleep without, with 30⁰C outside. Walls as thin as paper you could hear everything the neighbours were doing.

Very small and dirty rooms, the bath was unacceptable, the staff was not helpful and not welcoming at all, not carrying about the client-reception relationship, no valuable service, not a 4* hotel, not in best western standards. I was very disappointed! The only positive things were the breakfast and the fact that they had a jacuzzi pool. I will never return!
