The air conditioning didn’t work and I had to call the front desk multiple times to try and have them fix it. They gave attitude and said that we should just go to the street for the night if it’s too hot and hung up the phone. They also lied and claimed that every room was full when there were multiple open rooms. Very disappointed.

Very friendly staff! Clean rooms, daily cleaning, delicious breakfasts, even when there were early departures for excursions, you could always eat the freshest croissant in the morning! Very atmospheric!

A very nice family hotel with excellent cuisine and polite, attentive staff. The rooms are small, but cozy and clean, with large balconies where you can spend an evening with a glass of Italian wine. We'll be happy to come back again.

Great hotel overall. My room was small but very clean, the staff welcoming is. Only the breakfast is not up to the mark: the coffee is way below Italian average, there were no fruits and the pastries no so fresh.

We visited this hotel in June. A very cozy family hotel, the staff will always help and advise. They always asked if we were satisfied with everything and if we were full. The rooms were always clean and very comfortable. Suitable for both family stays and if you are eating alone. Only pleasant memories remain. We are returning to Genty in September 😊

I loved the sea dishes they offered in the evening.
You can rent a bike for free and discover Rimini old town.
Training facility on fifth floor is small but you can do some exercises there. They also have a jacuzzi bath for two.
Keep in mind that when you check out you have to pay a tourist tax and beach beds cost 18 euros per day. But you can negotiate it down for 10-15 euros for some hours.
Reception people are super friendly and nice.
