Hotel Ambassador in Rimini

PREMESSO CHE TRATTASI DI HOTEL 4 STELLE, avrei alcune considerazioni da fare: Location: molto bella davanti alla spiaggia. Parcheggio: comodo, ma dannatamente caro x i clienti (€ 20 al giorno con pagamento anticipato) Stanza: molto piccola, ai piedi del letto in due non si passava Frigobar: desolatamente vuoto Colazione: ampia scelta e comunque ottima Pagamento: ho dovuto fare il pagamento anticipatamente al momento della prenotazione on line (più di un mese prima)

Summer hotel for economic vacation in family with kids. Not suitable for business. Staff is nice and helpful. Room simple nevertheless don’t have working conditions. Breakfast was full of industrial food, cakes, canned fruit and industrial bread/pastry. Canned salad was available as well. Some offered bread wasn’t fresh. Wifi not working properly at the rooms.

It is a clean hotel and the staff was more than helpful and forthcoming but if you want peace and quiet..this is NOT the place for you. I’ve never seen more problematic guests in my whole entire life. I have never been to a hotel with such badly mannered a*shole guests before. So if you want to live next to people who are worth living next to..a hotel in a better area and with higher class pool of guests is definitely worth the money.

When it comes to the rooms: pretty rooms but fairly small. The first room we had was really way too small for two people. The second one (which we had to change to because we were living next to AWFUL guests) was better in that regard.

The breakfast was quite good. The same things everyday but there is a lot to choose from, certainly.

The fees for parking and sun beds were too high..but that is typical for Italy.

One last good thing though: I can’t say enough positive things about the staff. Very friendly and helpful people. HOWEVER, I cannot overstate the disappointment about the pool of guests in here..it’s awful. It’s so truly awful that I am glad to go home one day earlier. I can’t deal with people like that and I am glad I don’t have to anymore. It also doesn’t matter what the hotel staff tells them..they simply don’t care and continue their disgusting and inconsiderate behavior. Ugh really ruined the trip for me..
