I stayed with my family at the end of August and can only say good things about the residence.
Close to the sea, spotlessly clean rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast outside.
In the lobby, there's a dedicated children's area with all kinds of games, which my daughter really appreciated.
The water dispenser is excellent; for a small fee, you can fill your water bottles with fresh still or sparkling water, thus avoiding plastic waste.
For our vacation this year, we decided to bring our dog (Amstaff) with us, and the property had no problem with this, as long as our furry friend was well-behaved and used to staying in the apartment.
Finally, I want to thank the owners for their hospitality, helpfulness, and kindness.
We will definitely be back.

Excellent location, close to the free beach, many restaurants, and the Coop supermarket practically under the balcony.
The property is functional and suitable for families. There's a laundry room so you can wash clothes whenever you need them, and a convenient water dispenser that, for a small fee, allows you to have fresh water whenever you need it.

FAMILY HOLIDAY
My family and I stayed at this residence for 10 days. It's a very comfortable environment, complete with all the amenities. Super clean, quiet, and organized. The apartments are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the location is excellent 😉, just steps from the sea, with a nearby supermarket, shops, and restaurants within walking distance.
There was a children's area with lots of games, where my daughter spent a lot of time. My final compliment goes to the owners, who were always available, courteous, and ready to answer any of our questions.
I absolutely recommend this residence, and as my daughter says: 💗 we'll definitely be back! 😉

A residence designed by a family for families. Kindness and availability on the part of the owners, always present in a discreet way. Maximum availability for check-in/checkout. A thousand points for the idea of ​​filtered water: with a negligible expense you have the possibility of having up to 30 liters of filtered water per day (even sparkling). Brilliant idea and the environment thanks. The apartments are delivered super clean, the air conditioning works well. There is a basic setup regarding the kitchen, but nothing is missing. The beach is a stone's throw away, a minimarket just across the road and a super rotisserie 2 minutes away. Obviously restaurants and pizzerias are everywhere.

We stayed on holiday for 4 nights, the owners were friendly and very friendly! Excellent price and quality, we had 1 small balcony and 1 terrace where we could dine al fresco! Fantastic!!! If I have to be picky perhaps the mattresses are not top notch but for 4 nights I would say excellent!!! Thanks to the top managers by Marzia da Bologna 😂and Company💕

Residence Welcome exceeded our expectations. We were looking for some inexpensive stay in Rimini for a June weekend. We have reached Residence Welcome after 15 minutes walk from the airport and we were very happy that at the same time, it is only 5 minutes (maybe even less) from the beach. Apartment was clean and spacious. We had a luck to have a side view on the sea, so we could admire the sunrise from our balcony. Last but not least, hosts are super kind and helpful - we had a feeling that they really care if we are satisifed with our stay and that they are ready to help us with every requests. I really recommend Residance Welcome.

We stayed at this property with a one and a half year old baby during the last week of August. The owners proved immediately available, welcoming, professional and attentive to our needs (constantly asking us if we had any problems and if we were enjoying ourselves). The residence is designed for families and tailor-made (there is a children's area at the entrance, where you can also find a pleasant library, containing books for adults and children), but no less "suitable" for also accommodate other types of customers. The studio in which we stayed was spacious, with an equally large terrace, equipped with everything you need (kitchen with pots, crockery, cutlery for the baby, high chair, bathroom with shower, dining table, small desk, cot and double bed ); high chair, cot, baby cutlery and stroller were provided to us on request when booking, at no extra charge. The Residence is a few steps from the affiliated bathing establishment (bathrooms 134) and nearby it is possible to find everything a family might need (market and supermarket, bars, games rooms, pedestrian promenade, restaurants, etc.). A few minutes' walk away, you can leave your car at a parking area which also has an agreement with the hotel. The relationship between quality and price is excellent and I hope that over time we will be able to maintain a low price so as to allow families to spend time peacefully in a place and structure they deserve. We certainly hope to return in the future!
