Loved this hotel. Room was spotless, everything you needed was there. Staff very friendly & helpful. Most of all, breakfast was to die for! Hopefully will be back sometime.

An excellent hotel in prime condition with a lovely spa! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had though I would have hoped for vegan options. But plus points for the fresh orange juice and the prosecco :) My fiance loved the omelette station.
The spa was wonderful, even though the 10€ price came as a suprise. But we paid it happily as it was worth it for a rainy day.
The hotel is located quite far from the old town of Riva del Garda, but walkable.
The rooms were beautiful and the bed was good. Only minus of the very poorly soundproofed door.
The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There was even a goodie/snack bag given to us at checkout with apples and waterbottles. I hope that we would have been informed that the minibar was also included (with water).

Nice view, spacieuse room, excellent breakfast, faboulous garden. The massage i took was also excellent.

The breakfast is very rich and convenient for traveling. I will stay here next time. The location is also very good, just near the lake. The hotel is also easy to find. I will stay in this hotel again when I get off the bus.

The hotel is very cozy and the rooms are newly renovated; the breakfast is almost the best among the 200-300 four-star hotels I have stayed in in Europe.

The hotel, in general, is quite nice, but my experience was negatively impacted by the receptionist during checkout. He asked if everything was okay, and I mentioned an issue with the boiled eggs at breakfast. Guests are expected to boil the eggs themselves, which I found unusual, and the staff were unable to prepare hard-boiled eggs, something I would expect in a three-star hotel.
When I brought this up with the receptionist, he responded rudely, implying that the eggs weren't hard because "I am not well educated." This comment was unprofessional and impolite.
If you are the owner of this hotel, I would suggest reconsidering his position, as his behavior does not align with providing the best guest experience.
There were also minor issues, such as the area under the sofa not being cleaned. Additionally, we did not receive the complimentary gift bag after checkout, which felt like a deliberate oversight by the receptionist.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, these issues, particularly with the receptionist, need to be addressed to improve the guest experience.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were really big and lovely and clean. We all really enjoyed breakfast.
