The hotel, in general, is quite nice, but my experience was negatively impacted by the receptionist during checkout. He asked if everything was okay, and I mentioned an issue with the boiled eggs at breakfast. Guests are expected to boil the eggs themselves, which I found unusual, and the staff were unable to prepare hard-boiled eggs, something I would expect in a three-star hotel.
When I brought this up with the receptionist, he responded rudely, implying that the eggs weren't hard because "I am not well educated." This comment was unprofessional and impolite.
If you are the owner of this hotel, I would suggest reconsidering his position, as his behavior does not align with providing the best guest experience.
There were also minor issues, such as the area under the sofa not being cleaned. Additionally, we did not receive the complimentary gift bag after checkout, which felt like a deliberate oversight by the receptionist.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, these issues, particularly with the receptionist, need to be addressed to improve the guest experience.
Also the check out time on the card is 10.30, which is too soon for 4 stars hotel, on booking is 11.00. It should 12.00 for the 4 stars.

We visited July 2024. Absolutely loved our stay. The staff was very friendly leading up to our stay, during and as we checked out. The accommodations were great. Rooms were large, clean, stocked with everything you could need. I felt the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The location is incredible. Close enough to the lake to enjoy the view and the convenience but far enough that you didn't hear the beachgoers. The views from the "lake side" balcony are to die for, definitely worth the upgrade. The pool was very clean and wonderful to swim in. Plenty of tanning chair around. The gardens surrounding are immaculate. The poolside bar service was an unexpected perk. The parking garage was an added plus. 100% recommend Parc Hotel Flora and should we find ourself back in Riva Del Garda, we will definitely stay here.

Great hotel. Location is perfect. Staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The buffet breakfast has many hot and cold options and so much too choose from. high quality. The room was new and modern. The spa (you do need to reserve) was a great add on at an affordable price. They have bicycles for rent, also really affordable. The parking was super easy. The only really minor thing was the WiFi connection (in room 208) was pretty unreliable. Was on and off which made it almost unusable. But this was really not a bid deal for us.

Stayed at Parc Hotel Flora in the middle of June 2024. Great rooms. Good location with quick access of lake Garda. Very nice swimming pool with stunning views of the cliffs. Great variety of food to choose from for breakfast.

This was a highlight of our recent trip to Europe. Not only was the Lake Garda region beautiful, but the rooms, service, breakfast and general feeling of the stay at Parc Flora was simply second to none. Such a wonderful stay.

Simply stunning hotel with beautifully appointed and kept gardens and pool , pit room had spacious balcony and sun loungers , fabulously art deco bathroom , great service and lovely breakfast buffet , only 2 mins walk to lake , highly recommend this hotel

Nice rooms and amazing service at reception. We used the spa which was an extra 10 euros, would be better if this was clear prior to booking.

Outstanding hotel: impeccable room, very courteous staff, great amenities, and central location. Wonderful view, delicious breakfast, and very convenient on-site parking. And there is a great ice cream place right next to it. Everything was phenomenal.
