We were very happy with our stay, the staff was very friendly, the room and breakfast were perfect. Also, its location is perfect both for going for a walk around the lake and if you want to go shopping for anything you need. Highly recommended for a wonderful days!

The breakfast is very rich and convenient for traveling. I will stay here next time. The location is also very good, just near the lake. The hotel is also easy to find. I will stay in this hotel again when I get off the bus.

Hi booked last minute after reading good reviews the hotel takes care of everything The rooms have excellent creams and products Evet is perfect the breakfast was excellent and fresh salmon cakes anything you want the night man made us a tea and found some great walks for us best hotel I stay for long time

The hotel is very cozy and the rooms are newly renovated; the breakfast is almost the best among the 200-300 four-star hotels I have stayed in in Europe.

Very nice stay! Rooms were well equipped, bed was comfortable and the large balcony looked out onto the pool and the mountains. Breakfast buffet had a good variety and when it was warm enough, you could sit out on the veranda. I highly recommend a trip to the spa, too - multiple saunas, a whirlpool, ice bath and you can book a massage. I would stay there again!

one of the best stays I ever had in Garda..I stay in hotels almost 3-4 times in a week. Flora had almost everything as perfect as anybody would expect on holidays. Breakfast is the highlight...rooms are also very beautiful....location is excellent...Staff is very generous. we will definitely plan to visit again.

This is our second visit to this beautiful hotel. Honestly, I could not recommend it highly enough. We had a bottle of bubbly left in our room on our anniversary and they cannot do enough for you. Impeccably clean, the receptionist is an absolute dream and the breakfast buffet is beyond luxurious. This will be our anniversary hotel in Riva from now on. Thank you to all the staff and anyone involved at this hotel in making it a premier stay in a beautiful town 🩷

The hotel, in general, is quite nice, but my experience was negatively impacted by the receptionist during checkout. He asked if everything was okay, and I mentioned an issue with the boiled eggs at breakfast. Guests are expected to boil the eggs themselves, which I found unusual, and the staff were unable to prepare hard-boiled eggs, something I would expect in a three-star hotel.
When I brought this up with the receptionist, he responded rudely, implying that the eggs weren't hard because "I am not well educated." This comment was unprofessional and impolite.
If you are the owner of this hotel, I would suggest reconsidering his position, as his behavior does not align with providing the best guest experience.
There were also minor issues, such as the area under the sofa not being cleaned. Additionally, we did not receive the complimentary gift bag after checkout, which felt like a deliberate oversight by the receptionist.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, these issues, particularly with the receptionist, need to be addressed to improve the guest experience.

Stunning hotel with beautiful, spacious room furnished to a high standard. Great views from a sizeable balcony in room 407. Incredible value for the quality on offer. Only a short walk to the lake, town centre and restaurants. Perfect stay topped off by genuinely helpful staff and a brilliant ice cream parlour on site.

We visited July 2024. Absolutely loved our stay. The staff was very friendly leading up to our stay, during and as we checked out. The accommodations were great. Rooms were large, clean, stocked with everything you could need. I felt the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The location is incredible. Close enough to the lake to enjoy the view and the convenience but far enough that you didn't hear the beachgoers. The views from the "lake side" balcony are to die for, definitely worth the upgrade. The pool was very clean and wonderful to swim in. Plenty of tanning chair around. The gardens surrounding are immaculate. The poolside bar service was an unexpected perk. The parking garage was an added plus. 100% recommend Parc Hotel Flora and should we find ourself back in Riva Del Garda, we will definitely stay here.
