We recently stayed at Lido Palace and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure everything went smoothly. The breakfast was fantastic, and dinner was equally impressive with well-prepared dishes.
The spa was a real highlight – beautifully designed and incredibly relaxing.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning one day!

We had an amazing stay here for our honeymoon. We did the half board and the hotel dinner was excellent. Daniel was particularly helpful and welcoming. The spa was beautiful as was the outside terrace for drinks.

Very disappointing!!!!
We come to Lido palace in Riva del garda for kitesurfing every year and it used to be amazing. This year, the night manager told me I’m lucky to have something to drink at 6 am because they have a “convention” and that I shouldn’t complain that the whole breakfast order was wrong. Another manager apologized later for the repeatedly wrong order. I had a manicure and a pedicure which normally takes at least 90 mins. The lady finished both in an hour and I thought very efficient. I asked about drying time and she said 2 min. I put shoes on an hour later and everything got wrinkled (bad quality/she didn’t wait long enough before applying layers). I called to complain and the manager said you signed so you pay and that’s it. He was extremely rude.
The AC doesn’t function well. When reported, the manager said that Italian law dictated temperatures between 18 and 21 degrees. Our room was at 21 and we should consider ourselves lucky because some rooms were at 24 degrees. It’s a really hot summer and we asked them to lower the temperature to 18 at least because we could not sleep, they placed a fan in the room.
On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and the location is amazing, but that’s about it.

Great location town is 5 mins away by walking. The service is extremely personalized and the rooms are modern. Highly recommended a stay here, we are very impressed with this hotel. The food is also superb and the views can’t get any better. Thanks Lido Palace for a beautiful memorable stay

I've only been there for an aperitif and/or an after-dinner drink, but I have to say it's a once in a lifetime experience. Crazy location, high prices, but understandable given the top-notch service.

Truly beautiful hotel with a great location. I would like to highlight Eleonora from the staff at the restaurant. She has a very positive vibe and attitude and was extremely kind to us and especially our baby!

One of the most beautiful hotels in Europe, if not the most beautiful at all. Excellence in dealing with customers. Cleanliness and arrangement. Very high-end services. The receptionists are all excellent, especially Christopher. I recommend staying in the hotel to any tourist to Europe.

WOW. What a place! Incredible location. Super friendly and professional staff. Incredible food. The list has no ending. If we're ever able to go back to Riva del Garda we will want to stay here again and enjoy ALL of the amenities. Can't say enough about this hotel!

Impressive hotel with great attention to detail.
The staff are very attentive and leave nothing to be desired.
The breakfast buffet was very varied with fresh fruit and the espresso was great.

We enjoyed our second stay at Lido and are sad to be leaving. This is quite possibly the finest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The setting is magical and the hotel is meticulously maintained. It’s well appointed and exudes charm. The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. Everything about the hotel is 5 stars. Very walkable to the lake and all its activities in addition to the the town of Riva del Garda. Fantastic stay in every way and we are already talking about when we can return. Thank you Lido Palace for another amazing experience!
