Friendly and attentive service at the front desk and in the restaurant. Beautiful grounds, about 15-20 min walk to Riva Center. Main building beautifully updated. Neighboring building offers good sized rooms ( only if to the front) but very dated finishes ( stained carpet, furniture, bathroom). Spa and fitness services inadequate for hotel price - 1pm to 7pm (8pm gym) only. Restaurant is huge and echoes quite some. Outdoor seating beautiful if weather permits

Lovely hotel, staff lovely and food drinks all great.
Room wise, did lack an iron and not great to walk to other side of hotel to get some bits done. Also staying in Italy would have expected a coffee machine in room, not rubbish Nescafé sachets..

We stayed in bungalows, and the park with the sounds of birds and ducks was peaceful and magnificent. The hotel's garden was like the Amazon rainforest, with wonderful jasmine scents, small lakes, and small bridges. It was very enjoyable to walk in the park. The restaurants were well-designed, and the food was delicious. There is a parking lot available. The rooms were clean and had direct access to the lake, which you can reach in 5 minutes on foot, and you can enter the lake directly from the front. The indoor pool was quiet and beautiful. If we come again, we will definitely stay here again. In my opinion, it is the best hotel in Garda.

Lovely hotel with easy access to the lake and beautiful view of the mountain. Highly recommend this hotel. Lots of shops opposite the hotel. Fantastic garden with breathtaking views

This hotel was a dream - great location, close to the lake beach but with two lovely swimming pools. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it feels like you are in another world. It truly feels like a resort. The staff was courteous and professional. Highly recommend this hotel.

A truly wonderful hotel that I couldn't recommend more! There's two cold outdoor pools that rarely get too busy, and one is adults only. There's also an indoor pool with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, Mediterranean bath and relaxation room, plus they offer massages and facials etc. The two restaurants Aria (high end) and Capannina (casual) are both lovely and breakfast was great, and included a big selection. The staff are all friendly and helped us with any problems, including when we got locked out of our room safe and when I dropped my swimming costume onto the roof! The airport transfer service is comfortable and efficient too. It's about a 20 minute walk to the town/port for boats around the lake. It was our honeymoon and they gifted us a lovely bottle of Champagne, which was really appreciated. We can't wait to return! 🩷

Beautiful hotel and place - room service food was the best ever- incredibly tasty. The staff were all lovely. The gym is great too. The spa staff while lovely, did not run it well- we had to remind staff a few times to turn on everything at times they were supposed to be on. It was a little disappointing particularly given one day we explained the issue to the staff at 12 o clock and asked that they would turn things on at 1pm. When we went down at 1pm everything was still off- and the staff member working said it all started at 2pm although a big sign on the spa door said 1pm - if you like a nice sauna and steam this could be annoying for you!

Hotel location is good, the outdoor park is great, but the "superior" room I was put in is not worth nowhere near 439 EUR per night that I was charged. If this hotel asks for more than 150 eur per night, find some other place, it's not worth it.

The amenities are espectacular. Sadly the rooms have the bare minimum its like a school dorm and the service was poorly. The rooms have a comunal temperature and you cant control the one in your room and upon arriving there is no help with luggage or directions.

We just arrived and HIGHLY disappointed for a 4 star resort. The rooms are a 1-2 star really old & run down. They could at least have the decency to fix them up a bit. The single bed mattress is so thin you feel the springs out child couldn’t sleep on it. The The facilities, grounds and location are 5 star but the room a 1-2 star. The staff are a rude, 2x I had to get new cards b/c ours didn’t work and they acted like they where annoyed to help. So many standing behind the desk but none seem eager to help. I would not come back here. 😔 sad they we spent so much $ for such a poor quality hotel room & service
