Great location indeed. Room is fairly good. No AC. The lady at the front desk was very rude on to us, not the way to address to a client the way she yelled at us. The tattoed guy was much nicer. It has a curfew if you plan to get back to the hotel past midnight.

This is one of the best hotels in Sanremo with extremely friendly owners with a big heart who are ready to do whatever they can to help tourists and foreigners.

It was Ok, very tiny bathroom- impossible to move or dry oneself there with the soup holder annoyingly falling down when showering.
Many towels in bathroom and proper sheets for sleeping.
Nice receptionist, breakfast ok, easy to find from the train station.

Wonderful stay at a fantastic hotel. I at around 8pm and was able to get a room with no problem. I don't think I would recommend trying that during high season...
