I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves both the facilities and the services
On the positive side, location is downtown and parking in the garage is convenient.
Parkering is great.
Breakfast is also very varied and a lot of things to pick from.
The room and public areas are fresh, cleaned and the hotel has for sure been through a major update. You can see the difference when you go down to the parking basement that has a different charm :)

Food was pre-planned meals so not sure about the full menu, but what we did get was all pretty good. No complaints.
