I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. The air conditioning in my room was not working, making the nights uncomfortable, especially in such warm weather. Despite multiple requests to the reception for assistance, the staff seemed unhelpful and indifferent to the situation. It felt as though they were not concerned with addressing the issue, leaving many guests, including myself, frustrated.
I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves both the facilities and the services

The rooms below the 7th floor are not remodeled, these rooms have broken floor and a blinking light in the bathroom, the air conditioning was leaking, there are no connections for the mobile phone charger near the bed, there is only a plug on the table, instead of plugs there is a carpet full of dust that made it impossible for me and my other 5 colleagues who were in other rooms below the seventh floor to sleep at night because we were sneezing all the time. Even though they charge you when you arrive, they don't give you the invoice until you leave, it's a shame that a 4 star hotel has such rooms and services.

Luckily we are staying only one night. Our room is in very bad conditions and hasn’t been updated/ renovated since the opening (1980ies). Carpet full of stains, damaged furnitures, broken parts and no atmosphere at all, yet still asking for 200€ per night for a family of four. I’ve attached a few room impressions.
On the positive side, location is downtown and parking in the garage is convenient.

Very great place, we had the silver upgrade package and it is worth if it of you have a car.
Parkering is great.
Breakfast is also very varied and a lot of things to pick from.
The room and public areas are fresh, cleaned and the hotel has for sure been through a major update. You can see the difference when you go down to the parking basement that has a different charm :)

Came here with a school trip and overall it's ok. The hotel and rooms are pretty outdated, while it has AC, they don't really keep up with the heat during summer and don't get cold until late at night. And the running AC made a squeaking noise all the time.
Food was pre-planned meals so not sure about the full menu, but what we did get was all pretty good. No complaints.

Rooms are really nice we didn't need anything they didn't have (except wellness), there is an option for breakfast too. The building is rather old, but well kept. Reception staff are rather old and well kept either. Hospitality is not so strong they are rather distant. (On the 10.th floor there is mold on the wall just sayin to staff seeing this)

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the cleanliness of both the room and the lobby.
The proximity to the city center made it convenient for exploring (few minutes walking).
I had several requests upon the room the 1 hotel staff was very very nice and took care of it for me and he did a great job!
FRAUD!
I paid through Booking.com the room and breakfast IN ADVANCE.
Upon the check-in, Front Desk did a pre authorization for card with the amount of 18€ for the city taxes and gave me the receipt of 18€.
However the amount deducted from my account (reserved) was 515.89€ ( if this is a mistake, how can you mistake 18 to 500 right).
We had a talk again at the time by check-out and all we got is an excuse that it was the system error and the money will be refunded back depends on the bank. I asked them to give me a prove/ a receipt that they charged me 515.89CHF and they started to have an attitude with you. After all, I got only a screenshot as a "prove" from them.
Until now (2 weeks after checked out) the money was not refunded back to my account which disappointed me about how the system works and the bank did not received any request for release this amount.
I emailed them, again NO ONE WORD SORRY AND SAID ITS NOT DEPEND ON THEM!
For me, this is unacceptable! Not only I worry about my card security but also the amount of this takes WAY TO LONG to get back to me!
Mediocare breakfast which everyday is almost the same; no cooling or even a ventilator in the hotel.
The evening shift reception guy was very BAD attitude when we said the room is hot and dont even care to listen. For a 4stars hotel, reception team speaks almost rarely English!

Probably best to avoid this hotel for business travel. They only have one iron, which is almost impossible to get. They put you on a waiting list, but you never get the iron, as other people are using it. Not acceptable for the hotel in this price range.

As quiet as you can get with outside windows and inside windows. Bedding great. Very clean. Front desk staff friendly. New tried the restaurant. If anything, could use a more comfortable chair instead of a second desk chair.
