Overall nice enjoyable visit at this hotel. Rooms were nice and spacious. Pricing was good for the hotel.

Few minutes walk from the pedestrian street where the nice shops and restaurants are. Very pleasant service, very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is considered “continental” but is definitely more than that!

The location is perfect: not in the crowded and noisy city center but walking distance from the city center. It means rooms are big, parking inside the garage. Breakfast is complete but not exaggeration (be mindful with waste). People are very kind. Rooms are quiet and well isolated.

Good hotel in Alba, next to the city center, convenient.
Breakfast was included, a buffet with fruit, iogurts, cereals, cakes, ham,... And coffee.
The room is classic, but good and clean. There was a small bottle of shampoo/soap, but no conditioner.
The check-in and check-out were easy.
Overall it's a really good hotel.

Spent 15 days in the apartments of the hotel. The hotel amenities were incredible. Best hair dryer I've ever had in a hotel. The breakfast buffet was super fresh and constantly being supervised and never an empty platter. I cannot say enough about the staff. I would walk in and they had my cappuccino waiting for me. Whatever I needed, I would call to the reception and in 5 minutes I was served. The location was superb... 5 minute walk to the centre which in my opinion is even better then right in the centre as there was peace and quiet for sleeping. Thank you to the entire staff for making me feel at home. I will definitely be back. 😀

We were in town for a wedding. This hotel was a little further from the center of town but it's only a 5 minute walk. Perfect for exploring Alba. The hotel is nice - but note there are no irons, so you will have to use their ironing service which is 50% of the cost of their laundry services. I don't think irons are allowed at any hotel in Italy though. Breakfast is included and it goes until 10.30am and it was very good. The croissants are amazing! The beds are a little hard but not uncomfortable.

High profile hotel, mainly oriented to business-related customers. Rooms and apartments are large and comfortable; staff is super friendly and helpful; food is not the best though. Closeness to the city center and reasonable pricing complete the picture. I would recommend it warmly

Breakfast buffet, an amazing choice of cheese, pastry, ham, and a lot of things, bar open till midnight, good rich negroni, we have been accommodated in-suite, good bed, shower could be better size or bath, doesn't fit at all with quality to rest of the room and toilet!
