One of the worst hotels of my life!
Parking is very tiny 15€/night but no available place at night!
23:05 i call the reception and asked for water as there is no water on the mini bar! And response was very rude! ‘If you want water you need to came to the reception!’ I told him that i’m injured and can’t go down but he hang up the phone!
As i was upset i go down and wonder to understand how it’s possible that there is no room service. The arrogant receptionist told me that no room service from 10pm!

Stayed for 4 nights in March. Generally pretty good but the woman on reception was generally unhelpful. The other receptionist Massimo was great !

Nice hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. All nice and clean but dated and unfortunately our bath was not clean but compared to the rest of the room, it must have been an oversight. Lovely balcony. Downsides were VERY thin walls which was a little awkward when next door were enjoying afternoon shenanigans as we felt like we were in the room with them! Not enough parking as we discovered our car blocked in so had to back to ask for help and wait whilst they moved all the cars to allow ours out.

Great location. Reasonable prices. Got to San Remo at late evening, found this hotel. Illuminated pool with the guy playing ballads on the piano next to it. Made my day. Ordered a bottle of wine and enjoyed every moment. Recomnended!

The Hotel Paradiso can be highly recommended. The staff (reception, housekeeping, restaurant) is extremely helpful and friendly. It is nice that in this family business even the senior chef is supportive every day and has kind words for the guests. The rooms and the pool are clean and of a good size. The breakfast buffet is very rich and of very good quality, as is the dinner with daily changing and varied menus. Best recommendation for Sanremo!
