It is a very nice place with a very welcoming staff.

This hotel was built for the 2006 olympics as the athletes village, it’s very basic accommodation at a low price. Could do with some renovations as some areas are looking a bit tired, but provided everything we needed. All rooms have a mountain facing balcony which was lovely and you really cannot beat the location,

Me and 6 of my friends had very good time in this hotel. Its good value for money, right next to the ski pass Booth and elevators. The staff was great in understanding our needs when we needed them and even gave us more than we asked for. I would like to personally thank Christianna for great service. Nice clean and tidy hotel in the center of Sestriere located 100m away from ski slope/station. Rooms are sunny with slopes view or street view ( if you are not lucky ) Large skiroom with lockers. Key weakness is the quality of the food at dinner. The buffet style offering was inconsistent: eg. a tasteless salmon dish but some reasonable pasta dishes for prima plate. Deserts were really good and with a range of options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Boot room far too crowded each morning but did offer lockers. Ski in ski out OK.

I can’t praise this hotel enough. Rooms are spacious, well designed and clean. Staff were really friendly and efficient. Food was excellent and had so much choice! My only negative point was having to queue for the hot drinks machine in the morning but it was only an extra 5 mins max per day, we just aren’t used to it!

The location is excellent for skiing. It is possible to ski right to the front door and it is a short walk up in front of the hotel before you are able to put skis on and get down to the lifts. A perfect location for a skiing hotel, you can ski in and out of the hotel door. The food was delicious and varied and the hotel has all the facilities for a perfect skiing holidays, very nice spa area and lounge bar with a great selection of hot and cold drinks. Finicky water system makes showers an unpleasant challenge. Central heating with no control over room temp, is completely shut down overnight. Good location near shops and short walk to ski lifts, friendly accommodating reception staff, reasonable breakfast.

Great suite, hotel staff and restaurant staff very helpful. Food can be hit and miss. Huge wine selection but we choose 3 wines all not available with a justification " end of the season" that at the end of january is not good, especially for a 4* hotel But other than that a very good experience and I recommend it

Decent enough, ok food, ok rooms. Has a feel as if it was built in 2006 for the Olympics and hasn't seen any renovation since. Still, good price and you don't really spend that much time inside.

The hotel is in a beautiful location in front of it there is the golf club and is in a confortable location in Sestriere. The rooms are large, I booked for a double and it was very large, also the bathroom was nice. Just one defect, in my opinion, the lights in the room and in the bathroom was not so much. Great location. Very very close to the slopes and the town centre. The rooms are a bit outdated but the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff make up for everything the room might lack. The hotel staff will go the extra length to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Praise go to the restaurant maitre, the waiters, the receptionists and the barmen for making our stay great!!

This accommodation was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The sauna is a bonus (8 euros per day). Great view from the balcony. But the 6 person rooms are to small even for 5 persons, basically the fifth person will sleep on a sofa and the other two in a room with out a window... And there isn't any place to dry your clothes after skiing. But all the rooms have a great kitchen with all the basic appliances, plates, forks etc.

Can't fault the hotel at all! Staff were amazing especially the head waiter! Food choices were varied and fresh, never had a bad meal. You won't go hungry! Rooms are clean, location is 10mins walking from slopes, breakfast is very basic. Those are the bright sides, all the other aspects (room size, noise etc etc) are on the down side. Traditional hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Having read on reviews that the ‘small double’ room was very small we booked a double/ twin room which was still quite small but adequate. Twin beds, double wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

A really well run family hotel with friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable furnishing, sauna,steam room,jacuzzi, pool table and excellant food with plenty of choices. Lovely hotel with great service. Particularly like the conservatory looking out over the mountains - the perfect spot to enjoy the afternoon tea and cakes on offer. The hotel is well located for accessing the ski lifts.

Excellent breakfast and good location. 3 minutes walking from the town center and 10 from the slopes. They also give you the opportunity to leave your gear in a ski rent right on the slopes for free. The room is very small though. But a very good price quality ratio ovetall!

The place is amazing - right at the top of the mountain. It's a speedy lift lift up to it, and the views, the red run down, the staff, the rooms, and the value for money are all great. But you are totally cut off from the town. The only way up is the ski lift when the lifts is open (with skis on) or on Massimo's ski-doo when the lift is closed.
