(***REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE STAFF NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN***)
Firstly we and got told that our room wasn’t ready till later, so we waited around and finally collected our keys, went to the room and found that they had given us a wrong room, it was a really small room with 2 double beds and one bathroom (there are 4 of us, me and my boyfriend, my mother and my little sister) We originally booked a family room for 4 person (2 separate bedrooms 2 bathrooms)… SO we went back to the reception to explain the matter, so they gave us another room key. We then went to see how that room is (there are to separate bedrooms, but one bedroom has a single bed and the other room 2 single beds. 1 bathroom) – Which cannot sleep 4!!! So we then went back to the reception to complain, and at this point everyone was a bit annoyed. So the receptionist (who does not speak very good English) said she can add another bed in our room – this isn’t the point, as we didn’t book that room, the room we ORIGINALLY booked for has 2 bathroom 2 bedrooms. The receptionist at first said that we could only have that room as the other rooms that have 2 bathrooms are occupied.

THIS ISNT OUR PROBLEM, its THEIR FAULT that they haven’t organized it properly and given us what we paid for. So I insisted to get the 2beds 2toilets. So at the end they offered to give us separate rooms for the night one for me and my boyfriend, the other for my mother and sister. Then the next day will arrange to put us in the room we originally booked.

So we asked the reception if they could transfer our luggage across to the new room. Given them 30 minutes they still haven’t done it so at the end we had to do it ourselves.

Just so we thought it was the ending of all of these. Later on our car was stuck up the mountain as we tried to park it to the hotel garage. The snow was really bad, the car wont move up at all. So we asked the hotel for help, this guard who tried to drive the car wasn’t helping at all and made it worse by reversing it to a ditch where the snow was deeper so the car cannot move at all now. He asked us rudely just to leave it here for the night and just left us out on the snow with no help and did not offer to help drive us back to the hotel.

Afterwards we walked back to the hotel to have dinner, and got told that the restaurant is fully booked and that we can only go to the bar to have some sandwiches and snacks. We were very disappointed at this point. But luckily we bought some instant noodles ourselves earlier. We went to the bar to ask for kettle for our room the women who served us are rude and unhelpful. She said that she doesn’t have kettle and she didn’t speak good English she couldn’t understand us properly, also told us to “FXXK OFF” as we said doesn’t matter after she said that she doesn’t have a kettle. This is such awful behavior from a staff. BUT this wasn’t it, we then went to the restaurant to ask for some forks to use, the waitress was rude and asked us to “OK WAIT , A MINUTE” and shuck his head , spoke in a patronizing voice which again a staff should never speak to a customer in this way.

Going back to our room finding that the telephone in the room was very dusty – shows that the room cleaning is terrible.

We are really not happy and extremely disappointed with the service here. RUDE staff that doesn’t help much and really poor standards. – This is absolutely unacceptable especially when it’s a 4 STAR hotel, and we paid more than £2000 for it. Would not recommend this hotel to any one from family groups to 2 persons. The service is a standard 1 star maximum.
