Hotel Victoria & Iside Spa in Torino

Excellent hotel. Very well kept, feels like cared by it's own owners. Great atmosphere in the bar area, comfortable rooms and great location. Breakfast is superb (continental and hot plates). Service at breakfast is excellent, Jasmine knew what we wanted by the second morning (oat milk cappuccino!). Kind and friendly staff!

A beautiful, luxurious spa hotel in the heart of Turin. The room was exquisite, the spa, fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond for a special birthday trip. Highly recommend.

Great hotel with spa in the centre of town. Parking underneath too. Lovely breakfast. Spa was excellent and a swim in the indoor pool after a day of walking around beautiful Torino was very welcome.

WONDERFUL HOTEL AND STAFF
My wife and I have spent four nights in this hotel. Everything was fantastic! Our room was spacious and classy; the common areas were extremely clean and elegant; the breakfast was very rich and tasty; cocktails served at their bar were among the best we have ever had; the SPA, a must-do.
Victoria Hotel is extremely well located, in the very heart of Turin, so one does not need to take their car to visit the city.
However, the main asset of this hotel is its STAFF. We were in contact with Ms Silvia over the phone and, during our stay, we were able to interrelate also with other employees: each and everyone were polite, professional, helpful and available. We were not treated as clients but as real friends! On my birthday I even found in our room a nice card together with a little present. I was so touched by this nice gesture!
I unhesitantly recommend this hotel to whoever wishes to have an unforgettable stay in beautiful Turin. We will return to Victoria Hotel for sure. We travel quite a lot and have very rarely found such a professional and welcoming attitude.

The hotel is kitsch to the max, which I loved. Kitsch rooms, kitsch bar, and wonderfully kitsch Egyptian themed spa. Spa was awesome - pool, hot tubs (quite cold - seems to be the style in Italy), sauna and steam rooms. Breakfast was fab and lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy it on. Staff let us leave our bags at reception too on checkout day. Would stay again!

We stayed at the Hotel Victoria for three nights during our wedding in Torino, along with many of our family and friends. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. The hotel’s spa was perfect for relaxing after the wedding, and we loved enjoying drinks and aperitivo on the beautiful terrace. The surprise gift on our wedding day was a lovely gesture that made our stay even more special.

Rooms are a little tired, and hard to control temperature. Breakfast is good with a nice selection, also the bar area is comfortable and relaxing (if again a little old fashioned). Staff were very helpful, and location is great for exploring Turin.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Turin. We really enjoyed the spa with saunas/hammams (although not sure why both Jacuzzis have lukewarm and not hot water). Very satisfied with our charming two-storey room with a balcony with a great view and overlooking the interior court. Very comfortable king-size bed. Professional and helpful staff. The only downside is the fact that the parking is a few blocks away in an underground lot, which makes the check-ins and check-outs a bit less smooth. We would definitely return.
