Rooms and staff are amazing. The spa is not really just a spa-the hotel lets families use it as a hotel pool. Don’t expect any relaxing time here. When mentioned, the spa staff recommended we detail this issue in our review.

The location was perfect, the staff was exceptional, and the room was wonderful (although the almost see-through doors to the bathroom were not welcomed), the breakfast buffet was delicious, the bar staff amazing, and the hospitality we felt made our last two night in Italy memorable.

Absolutely beautiful hotel.
The staff were very friendly, easy check-in, the lobby area where the bar had a lovely atmosphere, people relaxing or having drinks, very nice atmosphere.
The room was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was very nice. This is a true 5 star hotel, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely stay. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. The offerings at breakfast were generous, delicious and varied. We met and spoke to Francesca who was delightful. We were so happy to see Greek yoghurt as this is a staple of our diets and not easy to find while away in Europe. We rented a car and the valet was very efficient and seemless dropping it off each evening and picking it up each morning.

We stayed for a weekend in June. Impeccable hospitality from arrival to departure. Will handle every request professionally, politely and carefully. Very comfortable rooms with breathtaking views of the city. Great breakfast. Cozy and relaxing spa. Be recommended

Location in the center of Turin, very kind and professional staff, always attentive to give directions and suggestions. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and a large selection of products for every taste. Relaxing and tastefully decorated spa. The food is adequate for a 5 star hotel, high quality. I advice. Nice hotel in an old building. Big room. Staff was very nice. Great location close to all the sights, safe to walk around at night. If you’re lucky, you get a parking spot on the street and it’s free at night.
The reason I give 4 stars is the poor breakfast for a 5-stars-standard. The choice is not very big and you even have to pay extra for an omelette. I have been to 3-stars-hotels where the omelette is for free.

Very well located, the hotel has a very nice staff ! The rooms are descent and comfortable but a bit old school. The view form the window was great though. We had a good deal booking from the hotel website but I found the parking was quite expensive (39 eur per day).
