Friendly staff, good quality for the price of the rooms. The breakfast had multiple choices and good coffee. The location is good, reaching the top attractions within 10 min walking. The view from the hotel is really good.

Not far from the city centre. It's a well-known hotel in Siena so taxi drivers will get you there easily from the station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and work well. However: the interior of the rooms is very old and tacky, the internet is so-so, and most importantly, the walls are paper-thin to a shocking degree: we were placed between two school groups (why???) and we slept really badly because we could constantly hear the kids chat and move around (hormones!), as though they were sitting on our bed. The breakfast is nothing special, so I don't think the price is at all justified. I would not choose this hotel again, even if actually you don't have much of a choice in Siena.

Location is great for those with cars who want to be a little out of the hoards of tourists. Rooms are very small and sparse and we did not have a balcony. Beds are comfortable but only give one pillow per side. Some people in our group had issues with their air conditioner not working well, ours did not work well either. Breakfast is satisfying and lobby is a nice big space to hang out waiting for people or before going to bed.

This is a great, no-frills 3-star hotel in an excellent location. The rooms were simple but very clean, which I really appreciated. The hotel offers affordable parking options, making it convenient for travelers with a car. The breakfast was basic but sufficient, though the noise level in the breakfast area was a bit high at times. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay without breaking the bank, this hotel is a great option.

Stayed 4 nights and was very happy with the experience. Loved that our room was on the lobby floor, ie no stairs and/or elevator to contend with.
From Fabio the garage manager, where we had a secure spaces to park our bikes, to the hotel management. The view was beautiful. Easy access to the train station which was important. Great value. Grazie!!!!

If you get an economy room, you won't get a view. No big deal because you'll spend your time in the center anyway.

Great hotel, we enjoyed our stay. The view from the rooms breathtaking. We splurged on the superior room with a terrace, size for Italian hotel rooms above average. The building is old but well taken care of. The staff was very helpful and friendly. You can enjoy breakfast outside on a little courtyard terrace or relax in one of the deck chairs in the garden. At the moment there is no breakfast buffet due to covid restrictions, you will be asked if you'd like the standard Italian sweet breakfast with cornetti e torte or continental where they serve you bread and a plate of cold cuts.
We left the car in the garage and walked everywhere. As no historic center in Tuscany is flat, beware that it's a constant up & down.

The A/C wad brocken.. So we had to sleep with the window open and be were awaken by the noises of the street at 6.30am. We told the reception in the morning, but the next night nothing had changed. Check out time (10.30) is very early considering we had to queue waiting a table for breakfast. No one is watching your luggages when you leave it at the reception. The breakfast by the way wasn’t good at all. This is very far away from the standing it should be for the price it is.

Nice view & the stuff was really friendly! Most of them speak English, which makes the stay for tourists easy and enjoyable 🧡 Our room was a little bit too small (might be a problem, if you want to stay for a longer period of time & spend a lot of time in the room- but I guess they have also bigger rooms in this case) - but for us it was perfectly fine !
