we stayed here for a week with a group of 36 people! Highly recommended, the hotel rooms had just been renovated, beautiful.
Point of attention is perhaps more clothes hangers, and 2 chairs to place in the rooms, there was only 1 now. But clean towels every day, and everything was neatly cleaned and made up every day, a big compliment!
The staff was just as friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was more than enough, everything was ready and if it was no longer there, it was replenished.
The dinner was excellent, in many hotels in Italy now known but not yet as good as here.
The only downside was the distance stated on the site to the gates of Siena, which is a bit further than one would expect. But with the bus S5, which stops opposite the hotel, it was easy to do and you were at the gates of Siena in no time.

Let’s start with the best point, the room was quite clean and spacious.
However, the AC in the room was not being controlled easily so we get cold. We went down to the breakfast at 8:30 and almost no cheese or salami left, when we said nothing left they said no but after seeing our dissatisfaction brought some more to the buffet. There is no sign in the minibar that it costs, and very basically all these type of hotels put some basic stuff such as water or a light beverage as a welcome gift ( some even put alcoholic but anyway) and we check out they asked for money for those cokes. Seeing us surprised they acted like we are staying in a hotel in our life for the first time, very disappointing!
Location is far away from center, if you don’t have a car so hard to come to the hotel at night, by car should be easy though.

Great hotel!!! The rooms are modern and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are kept clean by the excellent staff there. It’s located right next to a bus stop so you can easily head into town and it only takes about ten minutes.
Chef Antonio makes amazing food in the restaurant, and we were so lucky to have meals prepared by him! Max provides exceptional service in the restaurant, and we appreciate both his professionalism and hospitality. We also want to thank Giusy, Arianna and Michelle for their excellent service at the front desk. We travelled with a large group and they were very accommodating and made sure our stay was pleasant and ran smoothly.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. The spaces are spotless, the rooms also very clean and tidy. The staff very helpful, smiling and always willing to help us with whatever we needed. The breakfast very good. Everything is perfect !!! We will definitely stay again in the future.

Fine but thin walls

The place is really nice, a little bit nostalgical in its overall appearance but nonetheless cozy and clean. Our room, a double, was furnished with everything we could have possibly needed, and the bed was confortable and had double pillows, too! On breakfast time we arrived at the restaurant a little bit late, and the staff was anyway kind enough to wait for us to finish. Nice experience overall, would recommend

Rooms were a bit bare and cold, but the breakfast was fine and the hotel is only a few minutes away from the historic Sienna centre.

Decently close to Sienna’s main square, the staff is nice and has a pet dog!!
