Love everything about this hotel: very clean and comfortable rooms that get cleaned every day. We have booked the family twin rooms with balcony which are very spacious and modern and right next to each other (but not connected). Very warm and friendly staff, always smiling and very nice to our 3 (quiet loud) kids. The food is excellent and the dinner menu changes daily. They have all kind of pastas...

An average hotel. Receptionists were rude. Swimming pool costs extra with the opening times not really working post the slopes if you have children under 12. Buffet didn’t change much with the breakfast options not changing at all! I wouldn’t stay there again. Much nicer options available.

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect! My only small suggestion for improvement would be having tea facilities by default in all of the rooms. I asked about this and was told that you have to pay a small deposit to have the tea facilities in your room, but they don’t provide any milk. This obviously isn’t enough of an issue to be hesitant about booking this hotel, we loved it and would consider...

Great hotel, right next to the slopes (via the 30ft staircase) rooms are cleaned & fresh towels everyday. Food is good and staff friendly, they were really great with us. Creche & kids club is fantastic. Had a great time here and will definitely stay again if in the area.

Most definitely not a 5-star hotel, on any level. Good location, facilities, ski hire and locker room in hotel. Lovely views on either side (but not from all rooms) both day and night. Away from shops. Awful queues to get into the ski hire shop for either fitting or collecting unless you go on as early as possible on your first day, before breakfast. Great hotel for skiers. We spent our second holidays here and probably will come again. Close to the slopes, with magnificent view on the glacier. Very good service, nice animations for kids. Food is ok except scrambled eggs😉.

This is a great value hotel for a ski holiday. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Beds were ok, I slept fine. The shower is visible from the bedroom. It’s frosted glass in the middle, but if staying in a twin could feel a little weird with your mate there. Beds and towels changed every day. Tip: bring a travel kettle if you want tea and/or coffee. You have a mini fridge in your room for milk if needed...

Poor WiFi in the hotel, even at the reception. Loud kids from the UK shouting, banging the doors, etc. The dinners are sometimes excellent!

We stayed here over Xmas. The staff are lovely can't do enough for you bar staff are fab. Room was lovely and clean . Heating would have been nice if it was on when we got there but it comes on thru night not sure why. Our room view was stunning over looking the glazier. When you arrive you are dropped off on road because the buses can't get to hotel so you have to walk across a field in the snow...

The location of the hotel is very close to the ski lift, which is perfect for quick access. The food in the restaurant is fairly tasty but some portions were small, however there was a wide range of wine selection. Hotel located in a good location next to sky trucks. Service is really bad expecially in the kitchen area (table not ready for breakfast; service really slow ; etc). Rooms not well cleaned. At the end for the big amount paid for 5 days in this hotel , my expactation was a little bit highg and at the I can only say that I can't evaluate it a four stars hotel (meaby 3 stars is enough)

A great 4 star plus hotel. We booked our ski holiday through Crystal Ski. Our rooms were clean, modern and warm. In fact one of the rooms was too hot. Breakfast is great. Dinner was OK. Loved the modern spa area. Steam room was excellent but sauna, pool and jacuzzi were far too cold. The staff (owners, waiters) are very helpful and kind. The food is very good, especially dinner. But the cakes in the morning are super. 6 minutes walk from the slopes (maybe 10 with the boots). We will be back for sure. Plus: soft play area for kids plus other activities (table tennis for example).

Nice hotel, but way to noisy in the dining room. We measured op to 93db at dinnertime. In the morning people have difficulty getting coffee and food.

100 stars would be just right! For nearly two decades, we've spent our spring vacations at Family Hotel Adamello, and it feels like a second home. Staff were lovely, Dinner was delicious and plenty, good selection of wines. Breakfast had a good variety of cooked, cold items. Rooms .we're good, too warm for my liking, but easy to turn down thermostate. Only downside was large ensuite, would have been better with a larger shower than the single cubicle. Also wouldn't it be great if they could convert bottom floor to contain spa/sauna/steam room...

I was there for one week. The staff are super friendly and nice. The rooms were clean and the view of our room was super beautiful. The meals are the strongest part as they are super good. My overall experience was amazing, and I will definitely go back.

Quirky, super friendly Italian family hotel and restaurant. Nice swimming pool and great wee bar. Proper local Italian atmosphere....the driver of the hotel ski bus is also the hotel comedian. A great place for a family holiday

Lovely hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms are nice and clean. There’s a well-stocked and reasonably-priced bar, and the food in the restaurant is acceptable with great service. There’s a nice pool and “wellness centre” (bring your own swimming cap and towel or pay extra). Best feature - shuttle bus to and from the ski lifts - thank you so much! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a magical skiing holiday here. This was not only due to the ideal location close to the ski slopes, but also due to the hotel itself. The attitude of the entire hotel team was great. We only visited the bar and restaurant twice during our stay in Passo Tonale, however it is a lovely, clean, warm and comfortable hotel and with a nice ambiance. The pizza is exceptional, cooked fresh in a traditional oven and good value for money; they are also very large and you could share one at lunch time or take what is left away to snack on later, if you are so inclined. We Just stopped for lunch while riding by bike. Rain, cold, we could enjoy covered bike parking and re-charge while having a tasty lunch. Very kind Indeed!!!!

It had a good room although it was a bit outdated also the food had its ups and downs as the meat was always a mystery , and when it would say it was one type of meat it could be another . Not to far from the moutons about a 8 minutes walk with ski boots on but without only about 5 minutes . Also near the bottom of the mountain there is a ski and snowboard hire .

This is a fantastic family run Albergo only a short walk from the slopes and lifts at Passo Tonale, the staff are all very friendly and helpful as are the owners who are always at hand to deal with any queries you may have. We spent 6 nights there, the good was second to none and very traditional Italian cuisine.

I stayed at the Hotel Angelo for 2 weeks and it was simply superb. Seamless check-in, nicely furnished rooms and a very convenient location. Every aspect exceeded my expectations. The dining was exceptional, and the staff's warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a memorable skiing vacation, I will definitely return!

This is a family run hotel of three generations, it is welcoming, friendly, and comfortable. It is close to the amenities in the resort including the ski lifts. The wellness centre is great to relax in after a hard days skiing. The family try to cater for different dietary needs including vegan. I’ve been going to this hotel for over 20 years and highly recommend it having stayed in several other hotels...

Good location, between two chair lifts (300 meters one and 400 the other), the rooms are comfortable, only a small fridge is missing to keep drinks cool. The meals are fair, the breakfast excellent. The skiroom is comfortable even though it is not possible to access it directly from the hotel. Nice and welcoming staff. I would go there again

They had some issues with the heating for the first 3 days of our stay Otherwise it is relatively close to the center of the ski area (5 minutes walk) They have a small breakfast buffet but with good quality of food

Highly recommended! We were on a Motorcycle trip, and it was hot in the valley, so we wanted to stay high. We looked at several places in Town, but they were all closed as we were between Ski and summer season. We reluctantly headed down hill and saw the Bezzi!
