Very good but Restaurant not really 5 star and can be very busy.

The staff where fantastic. The rooms where very good, especially the shower.

Great hotel with good staff, food at the buffet was fantastic, loved the choice and quality. They are generous with portions. The only downside was not impressed with the Vieno restaurant one night as I had bad spaghetti carbonara but the pizza was good. Also, my ski locker was too small.

Def suggest the room upgrade. Lovely balcony, superior bathroom and more space. Food mostly good- plenty of it. Wine accompanying food very poor- fizzy red wine. You have to ask for white and it's very average. Pizza restaurant waitress really great, in fact all the staff are lovely throughout. We stayed here over Christmas 2017 for a weeks skiing. What a lovely hotel really close to the slopes-just across the road. The boot room was really handy to store ski equipment. The gym, swimming pool & spa was great to unwind after a days skiing. Helpful, friendly staff who spoke good English. A nice hotel in Passo Tonale. The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and always helpful. The bar and reception area are nicely laid out and a good place to relax. The restaurant food was lovely and the staff there are again brilliant. The rooms are comfortable but a bit basic and dated however very clean and tidy. One thing that the Grand Hotel Miramonti could do with improving is wifi connection...

From the pros: across the road from the ski lift. Not a bad pool. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good but not gourmet food. Clean warm rooms. Of the minuses: disgusting Internet (permanently you need to connect with a password), dinner is delicious but to wait for the waiter to order and the waiter with the food for about an hour. In the Jacuzzi children are not allowed.

The hotel is partly renovated and nice. On the other hand the rooms haven't been renovated jet so they are basic, though clean. Very nice spa and pool

Inexpensive place for Table d'hôte dinner. Friends tell me that the rooms are OK. You need to cross a road and parking lot to get to the slopes. Plenty of good services expected from a hotel.

We came here last summer while travelling through Italy, we were very exhausted that day and since it was too cold to camp outside we walked into the hotel. The staff was very friendly and immediately made accommodations for us. We got a warm room and a shower which were both very clean. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

A great 4 star plus hotel. We booked our ski holiday through Crystal Ski. Our rooms were clean, modern and warm. In fact one of the rooms was too hot. Breakfast is great. Dinner was OK. Modern well furnished hotel. Food is varied and excellent, including local specialities. There is a small swimming pool and indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis as well as steam room and sauna. Some rooms have balconies. A range of suites is available. Good for skiing, close to the slopes or easy access using the free shuttle bus. On the edge of the town which is a short walk away.

This is my 8th visit of this hotel in last 10 years (= winter seasons) - that says it all! If not, I can say about that: beautiful hotel, really kind owners and staff, delicious food and drink... and of course really good place for skiing

Had a perfect experience at this lovely hotel. The staff were delightful and always helpful. Food was excellent. Room was spacious and well-equipped. The spa is very well maintained, and the outdoors hot-tub is much fun. Ski room is good, has lockers and boot warmers (not in the lockers). Location is amazing! Price was unbeatable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Lovely friendly family hotel. we stayed in one the recently refurbished family suites with mezzanine sleeping area which is very nice. staff were really helpful and accommodating. No shortage of local hearty food. Though having to choose tomorrow's dinner before you've eaten today's is a little annoying. Close to but not on the pistes, we'd seriously recommend renting storage lockers for skis...

Very convenient for skiing, it is right in the middle of the ski slopes. Period furniture, kind and friendly managers. Adequate cleaning.

Very friendly. Good position for skiing not too far to walk at all just across the road. Very near to shops. The beds could be slightly bigger though, not very wide.

There is a whole. Not recommended for anyone who is allergic to parsley ... it is everywhere in the room too ...

We Just stopped for lunch while riding by bike. Rain, cold, we could enjoy covered bike parking and re-charge while having a tasty lunch. Very kind Indeed!!!!

It had a good room although it was a bit outdated also the food had its ups and downs as the meat was always a mystery , and when it would say it was one type of meat it could be another . Not to far from the moutons about a 8 minutes walk with ski boots on but without only about 5 minutes . Also near the bottom of the mountain there is a ski and snowboard hire .

This is a fantastic family run Albergo only a short walk from the slopes and lifts at Passo Tonale, the staff are all very friendly and helpful as are the owners who are always at hand to deal with any queries you may have. We spent 6 nights there, the good was second to none and very traditional Italian cuisine.

Probably italian standard. In comparison with similar hotels in Austria worse service.

Quality of rooms and stuff working there was good. Very clean and nice but for me food wasn't so good (personal opinion- don't like Italian kitchen).

Great place to stay for skiing

Rather old hotel with rather old-style furniture. Nicely located. We have to admit that Piandineve has great restaurant with delicious food ! Overall we were quite confused and probably not choose this hotel again.

Fantastic week in Hotel Pian di Neve!! Easy access to slopes, welcoming and helpful staff at reception, friendly and dynamic entertainment personnel, attentive and smiley waiters/waitresses, great variety of good food, amazing view from the restaurant, nicely refurbished en-suite bedrooms and good facilities overall!! Quirky, super friendly Italian family hotel and restaurant. Nice swimming pool and great wee bar. Proper local Italian atmosphere....the driver of the hotel ski bus is also the hotel comedian. A great place for a family holiday

Lovely hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms are nice and clean. There’s a well-stocked and reasonably-priced bar, and the food in the restaurant is acceptable with great service. There’s a nice pool and “wellness centre” (bring your own swimming cap and towel or pay extra). Best feature - shuttle bus to and from the ski lifts - thank you so much! We would definitely stay here again.

Good location, between two chair lifts (300 meters one and 400 the other), the rooms are comfortable, only a small fridge is missing to keep drinks cool. The meals are fair, the breakfast excellent. The skiroom is comfortable even though it is not possible to access it directly from the hotel. Nice and welcoming staff. I would go there again

They had some issues with the heating for the first 3 days of our stay Otherwise it is relatively close to the center of the ski area (5 minutes walk) They have a small breakfast buffet but with good quality of food

A great small hotel. The rooms are clean and simple. The bathroom was a little small but there was everything you needed. The bar was a nice size with a good choice of drinks. It is a family hotel 🏨 and you can tell because the staff is really friendly and helpful. All is clean. You can use warm and nice smell ski room. One thing i missed is sauna and jacuzzi. It would be great outside and on wood fuel. Thank you 🙏 for nice stay and hospitality

We stopped for lunch here as a group of 18. They put in a lovely set menu for us of lasagna or spaghetti with salad. We all enjoyed and sat watching the ski chairs and bikers in the sunshine. It was on the pricy side for what we had but very yummy.

Friendly staff, good food and a great location for the gondola and ski area. They spoke little English but we had enough English and Italian between us to get by. I loved the fact it was a genuine Italian hotel for Italian people. They made us very welcome.

The owners where very ambitious, but that was not enough to make a neat and cozy place out of this hotel. The room was quite cold, the blanket on the bed seemed to be old and we didn't want to use it. We had dinner there. My girlfriend is vegetarian. The staff are nice but they only speak italien unfortunately. The food isn't great but not bad either. Lastly, the wifi isn't good so don't count on that. On the other hand, the style is nice and the hotel is closely situated to the pistes.

Great location, good selection of very tasty food. The wifi didn't work throughout the whole time i was there, and the heating was insufficient. The wellness section is a bit too small for the amount of people staying at the hotel, but very nice when not crowded. Good lockable storage for skis.

Lovely family run hotel. Ski shuttle bus stops directly outside every 15 minutes and it's an easy very short trip to the pistes. Half board is an easy option and food is good and simple Italian. Mainly families staying here. Very friendly. Good clean ski room and a decent sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Very friendly and helpful staff.
