Poor WiFi in the hotel, even at the reception.
Loud kids from the UK shouting, banging the doors, etc.

This hotel is not designed for skiers. I mean walking through the dining room in skiing clothes to being able to get to ski room which was already hard to find is ridiculous. There is no ski service or basic tools to repair or adjust your skies. Wifi doesn't work 98% of the time. Staff has mess in most of the things including agenda in dining room an problem to comunicate in english. I don't want to be harsh, but compare to hotels in Austria this one is not good. Location is good, but you have to consider that you will walk 550m to cabin station. The quality (not the taste) of the food is nothing special, drinks are not included. Fitness is for free. The view is nice.

So disappointed. I am a parent of a 13 year old that went on a week long school trip, so far the information I have is that at least 40 out of 70 children all got sick, one to the point of having to go to hospital. Environmental health are involved and it was reported that the hotel and doctors had already seen and treated at least 60 people before my son arrived for his stay. The hotel knew they had a problem and should have put measures in place. My son has come home distressed, told me the food was terrible and has clearly lost weight.

This hotel has very good location and beautiful surroudings. It is virtually 100m to get on the slope on both sides. Rooms are reasonable, clean and fit for purpose ... only little bit small when filled with 4 occupants. It is not 4 star fancy place but great place when you want to enjoy great resort for skiing. Food (we had breakfasts and dinners was OKish ... should focus on quality rather than quantity and it would be very good!. We have enjoyed our stay but just had mixed feeling about the staff. Lady in American bar was great, lady in bar where the reception is was great. Staff serving breakfast and dinnes was very good in general. Just ... they would rush to charge you excess amount for the water at the dinner and there is no other option then to dring water on the table and get charged. Reception staff is close to a disaster - dont expect anything else than taking your passport details! Luckily it is pretty clear how to navigate around. THERE IS NO WORKING WIFI - you are able to connect but thats it and 5G is very poor in the hotel ...they all know it but they dont do anything about it. Facilities in general are OKish but some things do not work and are not fixed .. maybe next year but you would have to tell me because we are not coming back.

We stayed here over Xmas. The staff are lovely can't do enough for you bar staff are fab. Room was lovely and clean . Heating would have been nice if it was on when we got there but it comes on thru night not sure why. Our room view was stunning over looking the glazier. When you arrive you are dropped off on road because the buses can't get to hotel so you have to walk across a field in the snow so wear boots or snow boots. Hotel is really big two bars. The American one down stairs opens at four. Till late with entertainment. There is a play area for the children. In the rooms no tea or coffee we took our own travel kettle and tea and coffee. To charge your phones you have to take the lamp plugs out. Our room had a shower would have loved a bath tho. Restaurant now choice of cooked food not the best. Continental tho was loads. Evening meal have to say disappointing the salad choice fab and desserts. But the cooked food not brill. Water on the tables well we was unsure to drink it or not. Then we had money back at the end so not sure why. Only had chips once now with children there I thought not much choice for kids. Not all children like pasta. The dessert are to die for stunning. Crystal ski say its 3 min walk to slopes its not if your having lessons its over ten mins to walk back up the road to find your ski school. On our third day we was lucky to get a locker in the ski shop by the magic carpets. Skidoo is fab we did this. Overall we deft will come back to the hotel xmas eve was great for kids santa fireworks. Well done. Entertainment staff also work hard and very friendly.

Quality of rooms and stuff working there was good. Very clean and nice but for me food wasn't so good (personal opinion- don't like Italian kitchen).

Fantastic week in Hotel Pian di Neve!! Easy access to slopes, welcoming and helpful staff at reception, friendly and dynamic entertainment personnel, attentive and smiley waiters/waitresses, great variety of good food, amazing view from the restaurant, nicely refurbished en-suite bedrooms and good facilities overall!! Grazie a tutti!!

Rather old hotel with rather old-style furniture. Nicely located. We have to admit that Piandineve has great restaurant with delicious food ! Overall we were quite confused and probably not choose this hotel again.
