Absolutely amazing kitchen and food, both dinners and a la carte breakfasts! In addition the owner was so nice and helpful guy!

Taste: 8/10
Service: 3/10 (staff quite rude)
Price: 8/10
Food was tasty and portions were generous. Staff were quite rude, perhaps the rudest we have experiences in resort. A simple smile would go along way!

Excellent service and food! The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and polite. The location is top. I highly recommend it and will come back for sure

Very friendly place. All the people who work there are very polite and smily. Excellent service and food. Pleasure to have stayed there. I will come again for sure. Highly recommended.

Had a perfect experience at this lovely hotel.
The staff were delightful and always helpful. Food was excellent. Room was spacious and well-equipped. The spa is very well maintained, and the outdoors hot-tub is much fun. Ski room is good, has lockers and boot warmers (not in the lockers). Location is amazing! Price was unbeatable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Unpleasant experience:
Strange behavior from personnel gave an unpleasant feeling as a guest in the restaurant. It felt like it was all about getting us out after a set amount of time. Note that the restaurant was all empty except one other table with two guys sitting there. Before we where finished a non-smiling woman started to take out empty plates even though that we still had food on the table and where sitting there talking. Please note that the restaurant still only had one other table with guests. Strange experience.
Water Scam:
As we obviously has water from the mountains just outside the door we asked for tap water instead of a bottle. We where told that she could not 'sell that to us' - Instead she returned with a glass bottle with a fancy statement on the side about making choices for water preferences and it was clearly that this was from the tap as it was a reusable bottle.
I would never put my money in this place again.
