This is a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star. When we got into the room the climate control was locked at a minimum of 24C (75.2C). I went down to the desk and asked them to change the climate control to 20C. The desk clerk agreed but warned me to not touch the climate control or it would reset to 24C. In the middle of the night I woke up in a puddle of sweat and the thermostat had reset back to...

An excellent location and good service. If you have a car, there is free parking and it is easy to get in and out. The beds are comfortable and the shower in the rooms is large.

Not a 4 star. Food is pretty basic. No amenities. No Pool music. Bar was double teamed with front desk staff. Ability to cool or heat the room was terrible. Some in our group had sewage coming up through the drain in shower. It was not clean

Great place for preppers or nostalgic institutionalised. Dining room has an ocean view between the abandoned buildings but don't expect coffee after dinner just settle for a warm beer. That's if you can find a wait person who's motivated enough to serve you. Bring a torch if you want to read in your room which was clean with a comfortable bed but woeful lighting.

from the location there is access to many other cities to reach without any problems there are train stations also available bus we have spent 7 days traveling around by public transport the hotel restaurant has an amazing view of the port and you can see even Capri island, the stuff is very friendly and helpful especially Giuseppe who works in the restaurant, it was a unforgettable vacation, hopefully...

The hotel is well-located for day trips. It has a small pool and a rooftop terrace with magnificent views. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant and breakfast are standard, nothing special. The view from our room was rather poor, and there was some noise in the morning from hotel staff working outside across from our room. Those were the only downsides.

Staff were exceptional. Restaurant, roof top, front desk...all staff. Would recommend to friends and family.

The stayed there the night before our morning flight as it's about 20 min from the airport. The property has a great restaurant and a roof-top bar with amazing views. When learning that we'll be leaving before the breakfast time they packed us to-go breakfast which was so good!

Staff friendly and attentive, quickly learnt my sister was gluten intolerant and offered alternatives. Food quality was excellent and menu changed daily. Special mention to Chiro our taxi driver who couldn’t have been more helpful. Room well appointed with free wifi. Overall much better than expected. If I have to be picky I would say there were signs the bathroom would need freshening up before too...

The stay was ok - the bathroom made very loud noises whenever people above flushed the toilets and the sink back filled while I was showering, soaking my clothing which was inconvenient. Otherwise it was a nice hotel within walking distance of Hagia Sophia and the Blue mosque as well as a lot of shopping and places to eat

Overall the very warm receptionist especially the one who assisted us in booking the Amalfi boat tour was very very nice. From greeting us in the morning to us leaving, he was very pleasant and friendly. I am giving him a 10 rating. Very nice guy

Everything was perfect in Miglio d'Oro. They have a private parking, a big pool and a giant garden! I really love the pizzas for diner, and the goods coffes in breakfast..

I Ioved this hotel. Yes it is maybe in need of a facelift but it has a beautiful found. The staff are lovely, especially the chap we met in reception. The breakfast was lovely and lots of food available. Gardens are wonderful. The room (502) was a little damp but one quick lash of the air conditioning cleared that! Brilliant Base to stay. 10 minutes walk to train station through busy Street offering all sorts. Hotel is OK, as rooms go it has a lot to offer. Reception staff are very helpful and always go that extra to help. Breakfast was very good. Wide choice of continental foods. This hotel has a great location just steps away from the Herculaneum Archeological Site. It was the base for our visits to Herculaneum, Naples, Mount Vesuvius, and Pompeii. Breakfast was filling each morning and we ate local takeaway on the terrace in the evenings (check out Pappamonte across the street). The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They even helped secure a transport to Mount Vesuvius...

An excellent standard of cleanliness and comfort in this hotel. The pool and sunbathing areas were 5*. The reception staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel owner demonstrated a superb customer service ethos.

Hotel is offside in the slopes of vesuv in a not appealing area of the town. Superior room was big enough without terrace or balcony but with a great view over the Bay of Naples (take care to get this site). Empty mini-bar was filled step by step over few days. Large guarded parking. Hotel service is not overwhelming and rather unprofessional. Many of the team are not speaking any words in English...

I loved this place! The room is fairly spacious, the bathroom not so much. Don't expect hotel style new furniture and modern bathroom facilities. Expect clean rooms with old but working furniture. The location is great, 300m up Vesuvius. The breakfast is delicious and freshly prepared. I got the choice between Italian breakfast or something more robust including bread, eggs, meat, pastries and coffee...

Fantastic sea view! Very friendly service. We recommend that hotel, when you want to visit the Vesuv, Pompeji and Herculaneum.

First of all the biggest plus of this hotel is the staff, especially Luka and Rafael (night shift). They were extremely kind and helpful. The nearest station is about 15-20 min from hotel, not so far away if you like walking. Room was very clean and pillows were very comfortable. I spent very very calm weekend. I will come back very soon!

Very nice hotel overlooking the pool and a beautiful sea. The rooms are clean and fresh. The staff are all so nice, very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was so yummy and filling, the only suggestion I have for breakfast is if they can provide glasses for juices and teacups for coffees or teas instead of single use plastic or paper cups. Security gates and cameras were a plus, swimming pool was beautiful, rooms had a lot of space. Bathroom setup was strange, showers leaked water everywhere. Breakfast staff pulled food before breakfast was over, that was probably the most annoying.

Excellent hotel for short stay. The staff are lovely. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Dinner was delicious, but expensive. Breakfast was sumptuous with lots of variety. The pools were an added bonus.

If you want a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, then this is the place for you! The host family is super warm and inviting. Fairly good english (Italian helps) and the food was outstanding. It does require a car to stay here as it is quite a distance from the city center. Beautiful views, quiet and they grow much of the fruit and eggs on the property. Would stay here again...

Beautiful south house with Vesuvius and sea view from the big terrace; the most heartwarming family with 2 great dogs; delicious breakfast and extra dinner is offered with homemade products! We stayed longer than planned! Hope to return one day! Thank you for the hospitality!

Very nice place to spend your time in Tore del Greco. Beautiful view from the terrace, very friendly owner, and nice and clean rooms. Nor too far from the beach (although you would need a car for that).

The hotel was really clean, very good for people with disability because everything is on the first floor. The owner was very helpful and always available. The food was amazing, the real Napolitan style pizza I ever had, breakfast with a variety of Italian pastries. And I was really impressed because I was there on International women Day and I found The Mimosa bouquet on my breakfast table. Really...

Had a couple of good meals here on recommendation of our accommodation owner whist staying close by in Via Viuli. A locals restaurant so we didn't expect tourist service but they were patient and accommodating. Can recommend the versuvio pizza. Great value with a view of versuvius.

Nice structure, pleasant experience, friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast was very good, maybe there was no nutella or cream for the croissants but also empty they were very good, the rest was also excellent. The rooms were equipped with air conditioning, unfortunately not all had a fridge and there was no hand soap. All in all the price is good and I would go back.

A few steps from the Herculaneum excavations and the sea. Close to the excavations of Pompeii and Oplontis. We spent a weekend in this WONDERFUL structure...Our apartment was very spacious, clean and cared for in every detail. I highly recommend it!

My family and I have been in that place for one week to visit the amalfi coast and napoli with a little stop to the Herculaneum's ruins ... The melograno 11 is the best location to reach all these places because it is in the middle! You should rent a car as the parking is free access! We also took the bycicles that the structure provided us to to the beach club' called 'Arturo'... It was a such Nice...

I spent a wonderful week in this brand new structure set in an eighteen century villa facing the sea. My apartment was really big with all the amenities. There is free and safe parking within the huge garden. Herculaneum ruins site is just 5 minutes walking. Lately I received a beautiful (and yummy) gift when leaving, some local harvested cherry tomatoes and green peppers...a great souvenir when back...
