Hotel Poseidon

4 stars is overrated and that's why I think the room rates are too high. The room was dirty. The toilet was not cleaned. The toilet flush did not work. The staff was absolutely unmotivated and unfriendly. We had to look for our room on the 3rd floor as there were no signs at the lifts. Breakfast was poor. There was fruit from a tin and ready-made products. No one asked us if we wanted a coffee with our breakfast. Not a trace of "Napoletanitá" to be felt in this hotel. Even the view of Capri is of no use. Very disappointing and not recommended. Will avoid this hotel in the future.

The service in this hotel is really terrible, I have paid for the rooms, but as I came, they told me they couldn't find my name, and I had to pay 100 Euro more if I wanna stay for the night, and it was their problem, and later they gave an excuse, that there was an error, and finally found a room for me, but without a key, and I must qurrel with them, then I can't get my key
