Very nice hotel located in excellent location, close to everything. The hotel has its own parking space, where you can park your car. The rooms are very spacious,very clean and have a beautiful views, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are cleaned daily. The staff are very attentive, helpful and welcoming. The beakfast is at the terrace with a stunning sea view and has a variety of fresh fruits, croissants, omelets, cheese, coffees and cakes. We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay and will definitely stay again here at Poseidon Hotel.

Just avoid. Supposed 4 star hotel, no amenities, no staff, rooms are locked at 25 degrees celsius. Why charge 150€ a night (absurd for what this hotel actually is and how horrible the area is too) if its gonna feel like I am sleeping outside.
If you find yourself unlucky enough to stay here do not let them put you in the old rooms, they have some old run down rooms and they will try to put you in those. I arrived and demanded I got put in a room that looked like the one in the picture of the room I picked when I originally booked they said they had NO ROOMS over and over again, until magically they found one after once again saying I would be leaving and requested a refund. They did charge me a 20€ a day “newer room” fee, just insane, dont be fooled or catfished by this place.
The staff will gaslight you into agreeing to turn down the temperature in your room for you and then wont do so. Staff and manager will lie to your face and tell you its not possible to lower the temperature. After calling every 30 minutes to ask why they say theyre gonna lower it yet I can very clearly see that they didn’t. After begging for hours the only reason they finally lowered it is because I threatened to leave and demand a refund.
Sadly though they get away with being this mediocre because theres literally nothing better in the immediate area.
Just avoid entirely, shell out the extra cash and time commuting and stay in Sorrento or the Amalfi Coast

This is a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star. When we got into the room the climate control was locked at a minimum of 24C (75.2C). I went down to the desk and asked them to change the climate control to 20C. The desk clerk agreed but warned me to not touch the climate control or it would reset to 24C. In the middle of the night I woke up in a puddle of sweat and the thermostat had reset back to 24C! Put on clothes, march down to the desk, get it set back to 20C. Same thing happened again around 7am. At breakfast I talked to another guest and he said I needed a keycard to put in a slot to keep the thermostat from resetting. I was never given a keycard, only a key. Door on the mini-fridge was hanging from a single hinge, eggs at breakfast were from powder, wouldn't break a $50 euro note, these are not indicative of a 4-star hotel.
For 183 euro/night I would expect better. It's obvious this hotel is trying to minimize cost.

An excellent location and good service. If you have a car, there is free parking and it is easy to get in and out. The beds are comfortable and the shower in the rooms is large.

Not a 4 star. Food is pretty basic. No amenities. No Pool music. Bar was double teamed with front desk staff. Ability to cool or heat the room was terrible. Some in our group had sewage coming up through the drain in shower. It was not clean

Great place for preppers or nostalgic institutionalised. Dining room has an ocean view between the abandoned buildings but don't expect coffee after dinner just settle for a warm beer. That's if you can find a wait person who's motivated enough to serve you.
Bring a torch if you want to read in your room which was clean with a comfortable bed but woeful lighting.

from the location there is access to many other cities to reach without any problems there are train stations also available bus we have spent 7 days traveling around by public transport the hotel restaurant has an amazing view of the port and you can see even Capri island, the stuff is very friendly and helpful especially Giuseppe who works in the restaurant, it was a unforgettable vacation, hopefully we will visit again ;)

The room Was spacious and spotles with great decor and crisp bed sheets the breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options the staff were attentive specialy marco and Sara went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Spent two nights here. It was inexpensive and had good free breakfast. Also had plenty of hot water for a good long hot shower. Parking was $10 a day.

4 stars is overrated and that's why I think the room rates are too high. The room was dirty. The toilet was not cleaned. The toilet flush did not work. The staff was absolutely unmotivated and unfriendly. We had to look for our room on the 3rd floor as there were no signs at the lifts. Breakfast was poor. There was fruit from a tin and ready-made products. No one asked us if we wanted a coffee with our breakfast. Not a trace of "Napoletanitá" to be felt in this hotel. Even the view of Capri is of no use. Very disappointing and not recommended. Will avoid this hotel in the future.
