First of all the biggest plus of this hotel is the staff, especially Luka and Rafael (night shift). They were extremely kind and helpful. The nearest station is about 15-20 min from hotel, not so far away if you like walking. Room was very clean and pillows were very comfortable. I spent very very calm weekend. I will come back very soon!

Very nice hotel overlooking the pool and a beautiful sea. The rooms are clean and fresh. The staff are all so nice, very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was so yummy and filling, the only suggestion I have for breakfast is if they can provide glasses for juices and teacups for coffees or teas instead of single use plastic or paper cups. Security gates and cameras were a plus, swimming pool was beautiful, rooms had a lot of space. Bathroom setup was strange, showers leaked water everywhere. Breakfast staff pulled food before breakfast was over, that was probably the most annoying.

Excellent hotel for short stay. The staff are lovely. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Dinner was delicious, but expensive. Breakfast was sumptuous with lots of variety. The pools were an added bonus.

This is a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star. When we got into the room the climate control was locked at a minimum of 24C (75.2C). I went down to the desk and asked them to change the climate control to 20C. The desk clerk agreed but warned me to not touch the climate control or it would reset to 24C. An excellent location and good service. If you have a car, there is free parking and it is easy to get in and out. The beds are comfortable and the shower in the rooms is large.

Not a 4 star. Food is pretty basic. No amenities. No Pool music. Bar was double teamed with front desk staff. Ability to cool or heat the room was terrible. Some in our group had sewage coming up through the drain in shower. It was not clean

Great place for preppers or nostalgic institutionalised. Dining room has an ocean view between the abandoned buildings but don't expect coffee after dinner just settle for a warm beer. That's if you can find a wait person who's motivated enough to serve you. Bring a torch if you want to read in your room which was clean with a comfortable bed but woeful lighting.

An excellent standard of cleanliness and comfort in this hotel. The pool and sunbathing areas were 5*. The reception staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel owner demonstrated a superb customer service ethos.

Hotel is offside in the slopes of vesuv in a not appealing area of the town. Superior room was big enough without terrace or balcony but with a great view over the Bay of Naples (take care to get this site). Empty mini-bar was filled step by step over few days. Large guarded parking. Hotel service is not overwhelming and rather unprofessional. Many of the team are not speaking any words in English...

The hotel is well-located for day trips. It has a small pool and a rooftop terrace with magnificent views. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The stayed there the night before our morning flight as it's about 20 min from the airport. The property has a great restaurant and a roof-top bar with amazing views. When learning that we'll be leaving before the breakfast time they packed us to-go breakfast which was so good!

The stay was ok - the bathroom made very loud noises whenever people above flushed the toilets and the sink back filled while I was showering, soaking my clothing which was inconvenient. Otherwise it was a nice hotel within walking distance of Hagia Sophia and the Blue mosque as well as a lot of shopping and places to eat

Overall the very warm receptionist especially the one who assisted us in booking the Amalfi boat tour was very very nice. From greeting us in the morning to us leaving, he was very pleasant and friendly. I am giving him a 10 rating. Very nice guy

Located in a strategic position between Herculaneum Pompeii and Naples center, it is a structure that offers the right at the right price managed by a family I recommend it to all those who want to visit the city, with a swimming pool to be paid separately with particular attention to those staying in the hotel.

Clean hotel, for breakfast not many variants

Fortunately, I booked a side sea view room. If it had a full sea view, it would probably be noisy (the waves are very loud). The hotel is located in the suburbs. It is a bit difficult to find when driving because the entrance is not obvious. The service is pretty good.

I spent a wonderful week in this brand new structure set in an eighteen century villa facing the sea. My apartment was really big with all the amenities. There is free and safe parking within the huge garden. Herculaneum ruins site is just 5 minutes walking. Lately I received a beautiful (and yummy) gift when leaving, some local harvested cherry tomatoes and green peppers...a great souvenir when back...

An amazing staff and great hospitality

The room is generally clean, there are mosquitoes, the air conditioner is not used, the light is dim, there is no hot food for breakfast, the shuttle bus only runs on weekday evenings and is suspended on Sundays. The location is a 20-minute walk from the central train station

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind, the neighborhood looks a bit rough but, car parking is in a lot with video surveillance, free breakfast had good variety and was staff served vs self-service.

The hotel is a little far from Naples Airport, so it's best to take a taxi. There are many Chinese companies, shops, and restaurants around. The hotel service is good and the rooms are clean. If you are transiting in Naples or arriving late on an international flight, this is an ideal place to rest.

In the Chinese area, you will hear the sound of firecrackers in the distance at night, which makes you feel like you are in China. It's a pity that the restaurants close early.

Very nice and well-equipped hotel. Unfortunately, the location is a bit out of the way so it takes a while to get to the city center. The best option here would be to take a taxi or train.

I really appreciate the service of this hotel. I left an IPAD in the room and my friend left a watch. When we contacted the hotel, they responded quickly. The hotel is quoted dated, the furnishings are from the 80s. Having that said, the cleanliness is up to standard. The Wi-fi was working well and the condiments were generous. The breakfast was average but there was a good selection of sweet pastry. The bread was also good.

A large, clean room which must have been lovely in its day but for a 4 star hotel the room was in very poor decorative state. The wallpaper was coming off the walls everywhere and there were brown stains everywhere. This is more like 2 star standards. They had a basement parking which was ideal. And the location is very close to the airport and its a perfect airport hotel with 24hr check in/ check out. It was our last night in Naples, Italy and was a perfect end to the holiday.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Location was very good. Ver close to Napoli Centrale train station. Plenty of restaurants near hotel. We had two single beds joined together. One of the mattress was not so comfortable probably because of wear and tear, otherwise our stay would be more enjoyable. After a long day of travel this nice hotel is right next to the train station. The staff was great, rooms were large, and they got us a taxi for 21 euros to the airport in the morning. Will definitely stay here again when connecting through Naples.

The hotel is very old, the quilt has yellow stains, the sound insulation is very poor, I was woken up twice by the sound of people talking upstairs, the only advantage is that the station exit can be directly connected to the hotel

The hotel is close to the train station, about 10 minutes' walk away. The hotel room is quite large. There is only one quilt cover on the bed, and the quilt is in the cupboard. You can put it on yourself when you need it. The water at the door is basically empty in the afternoon when you return to the hotel for a few days, and the replenishment is not timely enough.

I would highly recommend the Ibis at Napoli Garibaldi. Well-located, safe area near the train station with access to a shopping plaza. The hotel had everything I needed. It was modern, clean and so easy to stay in. I felt right at home even though I was travelling alone. The staff were personable and helpful.

Perfect central location, great team members from reception, breakfast and housekeeping, bedroom was very spacious with a balcony. Watch out for the hotel policy to take first nights payment if you selected to pay the higher premium to pay on arrival - took 6 days to refund this amount.

Room was cool, clean and generally comfortable - though the chairs weren’t suitable for sitting in for more than an hour at a time. Bathroom decor was dated but very well maintained and clean. It's in this building on the left as you exit the station. It's very close. Trains to Sorrento and the metro to the city are all here, and the airport is less than a 20-minute bus ride away. There are plenty of eateries downstairs, and there's a Chinese restaurant across the square. There are several security checkpoints in the square, giving you a very safe feeling.

The room interior itself is new, clean and comfortable. The distance from the central station is very close, which is good, but it was disappointing that there was no advance notice about how to enter the building where this accommodation is located and how to check in.

Booked on behalf of a friend, similar to a homestay, relatively clean and sanitary, self-service microwave, my friend is quite satisfied. In the middle of the city, right on the Garibaldi square with Naples central station you will find this excellent spot. A great clean and sufficiently spacious room to enjoy Naples for 1 or more days. Access and reception are all fine and clearly arranged and you are helped with everything in a friendly manner. The hotel is placed next to the bus terminal and the way the airport is very easy and affordable. Also, there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel were you can eat. This is an older hotel that looks and feels run down. It is best used for those who need to be near the train station. The receptionist over charged me for city tax for a  5 star hotel.  This is at best 3 stars and at the lower end of those. I expected more after having read the reviews. It was disappointing.

Location very close to Napoli Centrale train station .. while the neighborhood can be intimidating for first timer visiting Napoli… it’s pretty safe during my 4 day stays. Good as base if you exploring Napoli or doing day trips to Sorrento; Pompeii via the train or taking ferry to Capri; Amalfi coast via buses nearby to ferry port. Clean rooms and generally helpful front desk staff.

Decent hotel in a very good location (near the Central station and shops). Unfortunately the warm water was down while we were there but that can happen. I do wish this hotel at least had a backup system for this as hotel guests also pay for warm water for their showers.

It's a very comfty hotel. The breakfast is buffet-type. The personnal is very kind. They try to make you have a good time there. The only downside is that the rooms don't have fridge, but, anyways, the location is so good that you can find a supermarket easily.

The restaurant is especially great value with 2 types of tourist menus, meat or seafood. We had meat that started with amazing gnocchi in tasty cheese/tomatoes sauce. The meat was grilled pork large piece, fries, big arugula salad. Water is included, as well as limoncello liquor and coffee, all for 18 euro this October 7, 2024.

Near main train station so very convenient. Rooms very basic. Staff are absolutely lovely. Breakfast was OK.. good choice but bread was stale. Great if you have an early train to catch to get out of Naples.

Nice staff and breakfast the location is very close to the train station, the only problem is the rooms are a bit small .

The rooms were minimalist but clean. However, there were no glasses provided in the room or bathroom. The air conditioning was only moderately effective, and the rooms were quite noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant next to the lobby where you can have dinner spontaneously, and it also serves as the breakfast room. The breakfast was okay, with a lot of pastries available...

clean, value, has everything you need. just that shelf in shower to put toileries was rusty and I didnt dare to use

Great Very good, everything well organized, new and clean. The bad part was that I lost the door tag, for which they charged us 50 Euros. Shower, great bed, next to the station, excellent access. Super good

Worth the money, but don't be picky about the area The review must be divided into two. There was absolutely nothing to complain about the friendly and hospitable hospitality from our host. And the room etc. were absolutely fine. Where it lets it down to some extent is the location! It is central enough (right next to the main train station) but also too central - because there was a bit of insecurity...

Very conveniently located from the main railway station. It was also close to the airport shuttle for my flight the following morning.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very kind, convenient location for all trips! Small room but clean (mattresses 😭 definitely not). The area is not the best....but still recommended!! Good breakfast at the bar opposite included in the price.

The place was very spacious and clean. Its in a secure location and across the street from Napoli Central Railway. You can essentially get to most major towns like Pompeii and other sea ports using the train as well as the bus directly from the airport. It's conveniently located right near Napoli cental station. Internet reception was poor on upstairs. Otherwise it's a good hotel to stay.

Great location and price for the quality. One of our plugs didn't work. The area feels very safe and the room quiet when the door to balcony is closed.

It was very convenient and hardly and noise.. Very reasonable and it's basic.. Hardly any amendies..

Don't expect the quality to be any better than the price and location. But be prepared to feel like you're always using the backdoor of the building.
