We stayed in a studio apartment with attention to the smallest details. Impeccable cleanliness. Quiet area a step away from the center of Tropea. Kitchenette on the balcony, complete with everything, comfortable and sea view. Just spectacular!

Amazing service, lovely rooms with a nice pool to relax by. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Martina and the team tended to our every need and we truly felt special staying here as if we were part of the family. Big bang for your buck. This gem offers excellent food, outstanding service and breathtaking views. The rooms are modern and well kept but the building's envelope needs some major work. The small hotel was clean and in fairly good condition. Rooms are of variable size. Hotel staff was helpful though slightly lacking in language skills. Location is ok but it tends to mean frequent excercise to the old center on top of the hill.

Stayed for 11 days at la roccette mare at the end of June. We booked a hotel room, but got an apartment instead. Nice place to stay, There is a supermarket Conad nearby, shuttle bus stop (tropea and capo vaticano) and shop with local food. Sadly, animations at the evening are italian language only. Quite nice. But rooms get very hot because there is no ventilation and no fans or a/c. The whole hotel compound is very narrow and gets crowded.

My GF and me were there for one week. Very nice beach. Good and clean rooms. Unfortunately the food is very bad. I thought in Italy it is not possible to eat bad but the hotel-restaurant is boarderline. Most of the people are friendly but they speak just a little bit english. This is a place for family and kids! The hotel is nice and so is the staff. The restaurant is not the best, I would go somewhere else. Unfortunately there was to much waves in the sea so it wasn't possible to swim when we were there. The beach is not sand, it's small stones and not so nice to walk on. But it is very nice surroundings and I think the sea would be nice if the weather was better.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean and functional. However the restaurant was only really catering for set meals. The staff were all great except for the manager who was very abrupt, blunt and not genuine. Franco in the restaurant could not do enough for his customers as did Mungi for the entertainment he helped provide every night. The pool and outdoor facilities were fab.

Absolutely great place! We were in Eolo 4 days, and we regret that we have to leave. Especially that we came here before official opening of the season and the renovation was still finishing. A nice hotel with spartanly furnished rooms. It's far from everything and difficult to reach by any means of transport. Not recommended for those with limited mobility. My room was generaly ok, but I have some reservations. For example in apartment with kitchen, bathroom, marital room and main room the air conditioner is located in marital room. This is causing problems: one room is arctic cold, the other hot. Another minus is kitchen created for one person use and lack of some equipmemt (for example wine glasses). Last minus is paid toilet on the beach (0,5€).
