Tropea is a wonderful small town with beautiful historic buildings. The beach is clean and the colour of the water is turquoise. Breakfast had a great choice of foods. Hotel is very good, friendly staff and a great view on the beach. Room was comfy and the AC worked well.

So far the best hotel of this trip in Italy. Large, comfortable room with safe, great Wi-Fi, pleasant temperature, as well as climate control. View from the hotel and room -directly over the sea, it is possible to see the Stromboli from afar. I saw the sunset almost over the sea, but closer to summer the sunset occurs directly over the sea, and even over Stromboli in August. Buffet-style breakfast...

Great hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast was very good. The views from the terrace were spectacular. An easy walk to town with many good restaurant. Romyna and Sarena were happy to arrange activities (boat trips, food/wine tours etc) which were great. Would love to return

I spent a very relaxing week at Hotel Rocca Della Sena in Tropea. The location could not been better, very close to the historic town centre yet very quiet. The terrace has a superb view to the sea. Breakfast was lovely, varied, and the staff extremely friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to spend time there and I will certainly be back with the family or alone!

Located a few minutes from the center of Tropea and 10 'from the beaches, it offers studios equipped with all comforts. Excellent value for money. The only drawback there is no liquid soap (perhaps due to anti-COVID rules). Staff very kind and helpful.

We stayed in a studio apartment with attention to the smallest details. Impeccable cleanliness. Quiet area a step away from the center of Tropea. Kitchenette on the balcony, complete with everything, comfortable and sea view. Just spectacular!

I stayed in this property together with my partner and I must say that we really enjoyed our stay! Mr. Rosario was very kind! Clean and welcoming room, it also has an outside drying rack for hanging out laundry! The place is very quiet and not noisy at all, we relaxed a lot! Advise !!

We stayed for two weeks in July. Quiet place, five minutes by car from Tropea and within easy reach of all the most beautiful beaches in the area from Capo Vaticano to Zambrone. Fantastic staff, really friendly and welcoming. Always helpful. Relaxing environment. Great breakfast options in the morning and great food at the restaurant in the evening. Provided transfers whenever needed, which were always reliable; this as a lone traveller was a fantastic bonus as it provided me with a safe, reliable and affordable way to explore the area.

Amazing service, lovely rooms with a nice pool to relax by. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Martina and the team tended to our every need and we truly felt special staying here as if we were part of the family. Big bang for your buck. This gem offers excellent food, outstanding service and breathtaking views. The rooms are modern and well kept but the building's envelope needs some major work. The staff is particularly special, I was sad to have witnessed 3 extremely talented staff members quit due to poor ownership. Owners must do better, Valemare deserves the world. Will come back.

The small hotel was clean and in fairly good condition. Rooms are of variable size. Hotel staff was helpful though slightly lacking in language skills. Location is ok but it tends to mean frequent excercise to the old center on top of the hill.

Location, location ,location ... All the rest is average . There's no park inside the hotel , but you can use the street , and park "caves" right in front of the hotel . The sand and the beach is amazing

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights october 5th and 6th and had a great stay. The rooms are clean, modern, and well appointed and the owners are two of the nicest people I have ever met. Breakfast was great and upon an early checkout, as we were headed to catch a bus, we were given a breakfast/lunch to take with us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We have just enjoyed a couple of nights in this delightful residence. The owners Francesco and Tiziana were very charming and helpful. The apartment needs repair, but at least ours is really close to the beach. The food is delicious in the restaurant. The beach and the environment is beautiful.
