The hotel has a beautiful pool, ideal for families, and the beach has a stunning restaurant overlooking the water, lots of sun beds and there is a little shop with everything you could need during the stay (floaties, sunscreen, flip flops etc)

Rocca Nettuno is close to the sea (just above it) and near to the city

What an amazing stay! Besides the incredible facilities, great location, stunning rooms (we got a superior with jacuzzi), the staff was extremely accomodating to all of our needs

Thank you also to the animation staff and dj for always playing with our little boy! If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would! I am from Calabria and so far this has been by far the best stay for so many reasons!

The sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge and when we stayed there it was easy to get a spot at both, the pool and the sea side

We have a 14 month old and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable

Big rooms and nice pool I would have given 5 stars but our AC was broken... Hotel is on a hill so expect to walk a decent amount into town. The shuttle is $30 to the beach.

The staff was super nice and service altogether was wonderful! Breakfast was very good. You won’t leave hungry :) We also enjoyed dinners: simple and tasty! They provide rides to the beach that takes about 5 min

Staff are excellent: helpful and friendly. Had to reserve spaces on the minibus to the partner beach (Lido Alex) the day before

Just book it from reception the day before. The hotel is on the hill (and the whole town is stairs/hills) so get ready for some fitness. It’s only 7 min walk and you’re in the heart of old beautiful Tropea

I don’t know how can anyone give this place less than 5/5! We stayed here for 7 nights. The room and the whole hotel area was spotless

It's up the hill from the town centre so it's a good walk after dinner, but it's barely ten minutes. Convenient for the train station. We didn't park but there were lots of free spaces

Felt the royalty retreating towards my "villa" on the hill, just like here! The chefs' dinner on the patio overlooking the sea and the city of Tropea on the hill is breathtaking! The rooms are wonderful!

Everything, the grounds, the breakfast, the sheets, the pool; everything was perfect. The staff helped with all reservations and helped with travel logistics as well. Also booked a great boat trip

We stayed 7 days not 3 like many. We are thinking that it was because we are Americans. The staff did reservations at the beaches for other people but not for us

11 rooms with a maximum of 22 guests. The old monastery from the 1700s has come back to life. The grounds are impressive as well as the views. The staff work very hard to make you feel comfortable

For the remainder of our stay, she always had a smile on her face and welcomed us. She always asked if we needed anything and was always there to help. As long as Mariella is there, we'll definitely be returning

We recently stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon. It was the last stop on a 2 week vacation, and were initially given a room that wasn't what we had booked

We stayed in a studio apartment with attention to the smallest details. Quiet area a step away from the center of Tropea. Kitchenette on the balcony, complete with everything, comfortable and sea view

The room has a fridge with a bottle of water, also a very well stocked kitchen, the bathroom is stocked with towels and sea salt shampoo and body wash

Located a few minutes from the center of Tropea and 10 'from the beaches, it offers studios equipped with all comforts. The only drawback there is no liquid soap (perhaps due to anti-COVID rules)

I don't have enough stars to give to Stefania and her hospitality but also for the nice and detailed taste for the furniture and cleaning The room is as you can see in the photos, cleanliness is at the next level

We stayed for two weeks in July. Quiet place, five minutes by car from Tropea and within easy reach of all the most beautiful beaches in the area from Capo Vaticano to Zambrone

Rosario was very kind! Clean and welcoming room, it also has an outside drying rack for hanging out laundry! The place is very quiet and not noisy at all, we relaxed a lot! Advise !!

Location, location ,location ... All the rest is average . There's no park inside the hotel , but you can use the street , and park "caves" right in front of the hotel . The sand and the beach is amazing

Stayed for 11 days at la roccette mare at the end of June. We booked a hotel room, but got an apartment instead. The apartment was really nice looking, recently renovated and had all the necessities you need

At the reception you were able to connect to the WiFi but in the apartment (number 7) it wasn't possible to connect to any of the networks. Thanks for the great holiday!

Rooms are nice, nothing special, small, basic. The place is clean, and the cleaners were accurate and kind keople. The Hotel is next to the see with sunbed and umbrela, which makes this hotel great

Gorgeous beach and service! Incredible views of the Riaci beach from the dining area and bar! Beach was packed and crowded the day that I went, but I could see why! The water was crystal clear and and the scenery is absolutely gorgeous of the enormous rocks behind the beach

Missing food, no drinks or just the half of them, changed the drinks. Last time the forgot my main dish. They served all for everyone then they forgot mine for half an hour when I have asked for it they said "Moment"

The main problem that in the bar/restaurant they mixeup/forgot everything. As we stayed here for a few days, we have tried both the bar and the restaurant many times. I do mean every time they missed the order

The bar / restaurant is a bit overpriced compared to any other in the village, maybe as it is next to the see. They don't speak anything just Italian, (this is an issuein everywhere in Calabria)

finally they checked in their Notepad. I belive there is no or inapropriate system for the tables. which waiter/ess goes tho which table. they go to everyone than they forgot everyone

The breakfast is plentiful (perhaps only a homemade cake is missing), the terrace is beautiful. Availability of beach very close and of sun beds and umbrellas in agreement in a more distant beach

Large room overlooking the sea, clean and comfortable. It is equipped with air conditioning. Excellent welcome and great availability of the owners. Abundant breakfast.

But, beyond this, we will return above all because to these qualities is added a truly extraordinary kindness of the owners, careful to remember with grace the rules to be respected, sensitive to every need of the visitor, available, friendly, competent, even in the sector

The structure, far from the chaos of the main tourist center of the area, Tropea, is in an ideal position to reach very easily all places of interest. The rooms are clean, equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans

catering where I hope they can again brilliantly operate. In short, I highly recommend it !!!!!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights october 5th and 6th and had a great stay. The rooms are clean, modern, and well appointed and the owners are two of the nicest people I have ever met

Breakfast was great and upon an early checkout, as we were headed to catch a bus, we were given a breakfast/lunch to take with us. I would highly recommend this hotel

like a bit less clean in the bathroom area ( than we're used to in the same price range); the pictures are very well made and over sell the place a bit; the kitchen schedule is tight

We were actually not looking for a b&b and booked it by mistake but in the end it turned nice. The views are very nice, accomodationds decent enough. There were parts we liked less

The fridge was stocked with food and drinks each for a small charge. The location is great: 10 mins from beach and 5 mins from a supermarket about 15 mins from the town centre

Romy picked us up from the train station and took us back when we left. She also supplied a huge breakfast for us free of charge (and catered to our vegan diet)

We really did enjoy our stay here! A special mention for the helpful staff, both in reception and breakfast area! Anyhow we traveled a lot with a rented car around Calabria Region (April 2017) and discovered that Tropea Mare is the most feasible option for off-season vacations

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. In addition to the very nice breakfast buffet I was offered a fried egg which was a nice touch. Breakfast was in the courtyard which was beautiful

The best part is definitely the location, since you are just a 5 minutes walk to both Spiaggia Rotonda and Spiaggia del Cannone beautiful beaches

We had a private parking place and a nice, cozy and very clean room with a toilet. Mario is a nice host, who gave us an intro presentation about Tropea and helped us with a bit earlier/late check-in and check-out

Would recommend it and definitely come back again!

Nothing to say from all points of view. The room is modern, clean, with every comfort. Abundant sweet and savory breakfast, daily cleaning of the rooms and convenient location for reaching the center and the beach

B&b with an excellent quality/price ratio, managed by very kind owners, staff who are always helpful and welcoming!! rooms and cleanliness top! once you arrive you no longer need to use the car, you can do everything on foot, you are a stone's throw from the centre, the area is served by everything!! EXCELLENT, I RECOMMEND

The location is excellent, very central but still out of the chaos, a stone's throw and 110 steps from the sea

We stopped in Tropea for one night and booked the same morning. The property is in an excellent position, in the historic center and a few steps from the staircase leading to the sea

The structure is very central, so you can move freely on foot, the clean rooms are washed and tidied up every day, friendly staff and always available breakfast in agreement with an excellent bar in the center

We stayed in this B & b for the last holiday as a boyfriend. I must say that it is an excellent organized and clean structure. All newly built, comfortable bed and all comforts at your fingertips

At night you can sleep with the windows open, but from 5 onwards you have to close because the various activities start with various noises and then people are not talking
