Staff amazing - super friendly and helpful, transfer to beach/town so appreciated. Ate at the hotel one evening and it was good and plenty of food. Would absolutely return and recommend

Located a few minutes from the center of Tropea and 10 'from the beaches, it offers studios equipped with all comforts. The only drawback there is no liquid soap (perhaps due to anti-COVID rules)

I don't have enough stars to give to Stefania and her hospitality but also for the nice and detailed taste for the furniture and cleaning The room is as you can see in the photos, cleanliness is at the next level

The location - if you are arriving by car - no issue , however google maps might say you a wrong address as it happened to me. Now if you are gonna walk it’s gonna be challenging as the road up is a bit steep

It's a 7-minute walk to the sea, but there is a free shuttle from the hotel. He also takes you to the town of Tropea for free in the evening. We have never regretted choosing this hotel

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - they helped to organize a taxi when we missed the last shuttle. When I come back to Tropea this is definitely where I'll stay!

Claudio was very professional and speaks perfect English, he even showed us the rooms before we checked in :) One thing I did not like is that you need to wear those stupid bathing caps in the pool I have never seen that anywhere else

It is a nice hotel. A bit small cups for cola at the pool, and the food is very Italian but delicious

The only minus was that it was a bit crowded over the weekend, and the look of the hotel. Needs som work, at least on the facades

There is a experience of walking the beautiful pathway down to the beach where umbrellas and patio chairs. This hotel is drying very hard to accommodate each and every one of us. We truly appreciate this experience

The beach right next to the hotel requires a bit of stairway action, 5-7mins, and is a rocky area, no sand area but quaint and having an minibar and sunbeds on a clean surface, best for non-swimming sea lovers

Views from the terraces are stunning. The only point which can be problematic for other, that there is no sandy beach

Nice residence with everything you need for a stay. The nearest free beach, reachable on foot, is full of rocks and therefore difficult to swim. Moving by car, however, you can see very beautiful beaches.

The sea is that of the beach of grotticelle, paradise on earth, shore fish of all varieties (not even in the Caribbean) even if for my taste the management of the beach service needs to be improved because the beaches are too close regardless of Covid rules and the seat is not fixed in fact the rule is who arrives first takes the seat

The beach 500 m from the hotel is very beautiful with beautiful colored water and full of fish!!! I recommend bringing the mask!!! The shuttle that takes you to/from the beach is very useful even if 500m can be easily done on foot (there is a big climb on the way back)

The cleaning ladies are quick and precise and when you enter the room you can smell clean! The dishes are simple and all good and eating outdoors under a pagoda is the top, service always attending to the needs of the little ones

The staff is all competent and attentive to the smallest details (finding in the room a stove for mosquitoes and a mosquito net for the baby's cradle surprised me). Kindness, courtesy and smiles made us feel at home

Location is right by the beach (30 seconds walk to private beach within the compound; 5-10 minute drive to Capo Vaticano and public beaches there). Food is great if you get half of full pension

Hotel beach is little bit rocky but near sandy beaches: Stromboli and Grottichela (5 and 10 min by car)

Staff is incredibly nice and always happy to help as much as they can! Might be a bit complicated to get by in the region generally without basic Italian knowledge though

We spent a week in a superior room here end of September. The hotel garden is wonderful, very well kept, clean. The room was spacious, bathroom great, everything clean. Enough place to store clothes

Daily 2 botter of water in room. The pool area is clean, enough sunbeds. Breakfast and dinner superb, coffee the best. Especially, Gudrun, Antionio and the girls making the pancakes in the morning

Grounds were beautiful, very well maintained, and the sunsets, unreal!

If we can afford it and if there is no COVID panic and idiotic covid rules set by government we would like to come back to BDC! We can recommend a trip to Tropea (7 minutes by train), Pizzo, Stromboli and if you rent a car then go to Taormina (Sicily)! For sure we will return to Sicily!

Sea was great even on the beginning of May as well as the pool. There were enough sunbeds for everyone

The sunbeds are light and east to manouver, but are not washed. The swimming pool looks to be cleaned systematically. What I am missing however is proper sun umbrellas and a shadow…
