Hotels with beach in Tropea

The hotel has a beautiful pool, ideal for families, and the beach has a stunning restaurant overlooking the water, lots of sun beds and there is a little shop with everything you could need during the stay (floaties, sunscreen, flip flops etc)

We came for my 50th and it was just magic! The service, food, facilities, beautiful clean rooms, beach bar and helpful and accommodating staff all made our stay one we will always remember! Will never forget it and we are so grateful for the staff for making it so special and memorable

Great place to stay with family. All inclusive offers a great variety of food with free drinks at the bar on the beach or at the pool and of course, also in the restaurant

I can highly recommend having a pizza for dinner at the beach side, as the atmosphere is just great (you need to reserve a table at the lobby which is not a big deal)

The sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge and when we stayed there it was easy to get a spot at both, the pool and the sea side

Wish we could come each year but as we live in Australia, it would make it tricky! 😆 Also ensure you book a massage there! It was unlike any other I have ever experienced! Truly amazing! A huge thanks to all the staff

The staff was super nice and service altogether was wonderful! Breakfast was very good. You won’t leave hungry :) We also enjoyed dinners: simple and tasty! They provide rides to the beach that takes about 5 min

Great atmosphere, service, nothing bad to say. Great if you wanna walk to center of town or to the beach also you can grab a shuttle to the beach. Stayed for 9 days

Big rooms and nice pool I would have given 5 stars but our AC was broken... Hotel is on a hill so expect to walk a decent amount into town. The shuttle is $30 to the beach.

Just a walk from the restaurants without being too far and the railway station just 5 minutes away. Great staff and very friendly welcoming place

Just book it from reception the day before. The hotel is on the hill (and the whole town is stairs/hills) so get ready for some fitness. It’s only 7 min walk and you’re in the heart of old beautiful Tropea

For the remainder of our stay, she always had a smile on her face and welcomed us. She always asked if we needed anything and was always there to help. As long as Mariella is there, we'll definitely be returning

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Tropea! The location was perfect—easy to get to by car and just a short walk to the city center, which made exploring the area a breeze

The manager, Mariella who we met with listened to our concerns and worked with us to find a solution. She eventually found us a room that was comparable to what we booked

We recently stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon. It was the last stop on a 2 week vacation, and were initially given a room that wasn't what we had booked

The room has a fridge with a bottle of water, also a very well stocked kitchen, the bathroom is stocked with towels and sea salt shampoo and body wash

Located a few minutes from the center of Tropea and 10 'from the beaches, it offers studios equipped with all comforts. The only drawback there is no liquid soap (perhaps due to anti-COVID rules)

I don't have enough stars to give to Stefania and her hospitality but also for the nice and detailed taste for the furniture and cleaning The room is as you can see in the photos, cleanliness is at the next level

We stayed for two weeks in July. Quiet place, five minutes by car from Tropea and within easy reach of all the most beautiful beaches in the area from Capo Vaticano to Zambrone

Rosario was very kind! Clean and welcoming room, it also has an outside drying rack for hanging out laundry! The place is very quiet and not noisy at all, we relaxed a lot! Advise !!

The structure, far from the chaos of the main tourist center of the area, Tropea, is in an ideal position to reach very easily all places of interest. The rooms are clean, equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans

The breakfast is plentiful (perhaps only a homemade cake is missing), the terrace is beautiful. Availability of beach very close and of sun beds and umbrellas in agreement in a more distant beach

But, beyond this, we will return above all because to these qualities is added a truly extraordinary kindness of the owners, careful to remember with grace the rules to be respected, sensitive to every need of the visitor, available, friendly, competent, even in the sector

Large room overlooking the sea, clean and comfortable. It is equipped with air conditioning. Excellent welcome and great availability of the owners. Abundant breakfast.

I stayed in this wonderful structure with some friends, the service is more than excellent, the kindness and generosity of the guys exceeds all expectations

In addition, when the boys learned that our train was in the late afternoon, they also took our bags to the station so that we would not carry them around the city. Beautiful experience I hope to be back soon

Hearty and high quality breakfast, comfortable room with phenomenal view and it is also close to the center, easily reachable on foot

The location - if you are arriving by car - no issue , however google maps might say you a wrong address as it happened to me. Now if you are gonna walk it’s gonna be challenging as the road up is a bit steep

All over they have cute garden and a views from the terraces are amazing. I think the price for what you get is fair

We came there at 9AM and the room was already ready so we could immediately unpack and go to the nearest beach. Three main things considering Calabria : 1

There are no wasps and mosquitos or any other flying insects but sometimes there are jellyfish in the sea. Calabria is a summer resort for Italians, you can see a few tourists but it is not overcrowded

On the reception, you can book excursions such as Stromboli by night, etc. Best main excursions are 45 euros pro person but it is cheaper to book an excursion in Tropea - 35 euros pro person

The hotel has a nice terrace and a really small pool which is a pity because a bigger pool would be really nice for the guests. Reception works from 9 - 13h and from 17 - 21h

Hotel is actually a very big family house where on the ground flor the owner Umberto is living and the other three floors are for the guests

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights october 5th and 6th and had a great stay. The rooms are clean, modern, and well appointed and the owners are two of the nicest people I have ever met

Breakfast was great and upon an early checkout, as we were headed to catch a bus, we were given a breakfast/lunch to take with us. I would highly recommend this hotel

like a bit less clean in the bathroom area ( than we're used to in the same price range); the pictures are very well made and over sell the place a bit; the kitchen schedule is tight

We were actually not looking for a b&b and booked it by mistake but in the end it turned nice. The views are very nice, accomodationds decent enough. There were parts we liked less

The fridge was stocked with food and drinks each for a small charge. The location is great: 10 mins from beach and 5 mins from a supermarket about 15 mins from the town centre

Romy picked us up from the train station and took us back when we left. She also supplied a huge breakfast for us free of charge (and catered to our vegan diet)

I was really impressed by the apartment with a beautiful sea view. The staff were very kindly, friendly and helpful for giving us more informations about Tropea habits. The breakfast was medium. Not so diversified.

B&b with an excellent quality/price ratio, managed by very kind owners, staff who are always helpful and welcoming!! rooms and cleanliness top! once you arrive you no longer need to use the car, you can do everything on foot, you are a stone's throw from the centre, the area is served by everything!! New structure, very neat and clean, in an excellent position, at the foot of the fortress of Tropea, close to the beach and the historic center, convenient parking in front of the room, excellent and abundant breakfast

The room was even ready earlier! Access to the beach is 2 minutes away, it's a great luxury!! I recommend with my eyes closed and I will return with great pleasure!

Very nice bed and breakfast, at the foot of the fortress of Tropea. Convenient for both the beach and the historic center which can be reached in a few minutes on foot via shortcuts and steps that are not very tiring

Everything was fine, we enjoyed it. Anna is the pearl of the house, who takes great care of everything. We felt very comfortable there. The city is easy to reach via several flights of stairs and just packs a punch

The absolute positive note with 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ goes to Mrs. Anna, kind, helpful and affectionate person it was really a pleasure to meet her. Finally, I park in front of your room, what more could you want?

High chair was available We ordered pizza margarita, pizza calabrese (HIGHLY recommend if you like spicy- topped with a local spicy sausage similar to chorizo), spaghetti e vongole (oil and herb sauce over spaghetti with clams), 2 glasses of the house red wine, and a large bottle of water

We arrived on a Saturday at 1:15 and both the inside and outside were open. Pizza was being served (which isn’t always happening at lunch in Italy)

The waitstaff was kind and helpful. The cost was under 40€ which was WELL WORTH it

There was also a group of older guys playing cards. We were a bit early so pizza was not an option but pasta was great anyway. Must try pasta with ndjulo which is a tipical/local dish
