Excelent hotel. Location is amazing, very close to city centre. Breakfast is good, need only more cuted fruits. Rooms are very good. Very clean hotel. Recommend to families with kids and for a couples. Romantic place.

Not a great hotel but also not terrible: It feels too much like a big chain and there is a severe lack of personal touch.
The cleaner came at exactly 10:30 while we were getting ready to get out. We asked if she could come in 5 minutes instead. This was not possible whatsoever.
Furthermore, the breakfast room is too small for the size of the hotel and feels very crammed and doesn't have a relaxed atmosphere which is nice during a holiday.
I don't think this hotel is at the level one could expect from a 4 star hotel, except from the rooms and location, those are quite OK.

Very poor breakfast, almost nothing. TV aint working during 5 days, just no satellite signal, nobody don't care about nothing. They are even arrogant over the clients, bad attitude.

It’s a new and clean environment. Friendly staff. They also have an elevator. They offer breakfast. Great location everything is walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here

The hotel is nice, reception staff let us check in earlier but they tried to charge us €20 to borrow beach towels.. what hotel charges for beach towels in Tropea??? Not even a deposit, the full amount just to use a towel for a couple hours and return it… cheaper to buy a new one and keep it.

Stepping into our room was like entering a personal oasis. The space was impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a tranquil retreat after a day of adventure. The plush bed guaranteed a restful night's sleep, and the luxurious bathroom was a spa-like haven. But the true star was the staff. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend considering a stay here at Hotel Colomba D’oro!

Really nice city hotel. Clean, spacious (superior) 2nd floor rooms, excellent service. And... Excellent breakfast. Cakes were just superb.

All the staff was extremely rude and dismissive. There were ants everywhere in my room and the bathroom was covered in dust. We also had no running water and the breakfast was small and not good at all. Would never stay here again.
