The hotel is quite simple but very cozy and neat. Located on the edge of a pine forest and near the beach. A good choice for a relaxing, economical holiday.
Located in Calabria, in Tropea 60 km from Lamezia Terme airport.
Consists of one 2-storey building.
Only 43 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach in 400 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free.

Stayed here for the first week of October in 2022. Overall enjoyed the stay - the hotel has a lot of perks and the staff is really friendly. The hotel has beautiful nature around and is situated in an area that is not too far from the city center. Ideal place for someone who doesn't like to be in the pathway of tourists or doesn't like too much noise from cars driving by. The bar/lounge area was also great. The restaurant makes tasty and good quality good, very satisfied to have tried various types of pasta/ravioli/fish/meat dishes over the course of my stay.
The rooms are quite nice, although would say the sound isolation isn't the best.
Huge shout-out to restaurant waiter Minteh. This person showed much professionalism in his field and was a fun a person to talk to. Really made our stay more pleasant!

The small hotel was clean and in fairly good condition. Rooms are of variable size. Hotel staff was helpful though slightly lacking in language skills. Location is ok but it tends to mean frequent excercise to the old center on top of the hill.

Pros:
- A few hundred meters away from stairway to old town and beaches, right next to the port
- Dated but spacious room with basic amenities
- Repetitive but nice breakfast
- Hot water always available
Cons:
- The thinest wall I have experienced in any hotel. We can hear everything from other rooms: from door slam, foot steps, to every flushes in the toilet. Horrible sleeping experience.
- Toilet takes a good 15 minutes to fill tank with every flush.
- Only one electric socket with some weird non-standard socket
- Air con control gives loud sound everytime room temperature reaches certain degree
- Charged us 3 euro/person/night on local tax ?

Nice cosy small hotel, exellent personal service. Good breakfast and coffee. Nice situation between the beaches and harbour. My personal recommendation. 😊
