This is a lovely, incredibly well managed hotel, free from all the ubiquity of the chain hotels. The staff are charming, helpful and efficient. The food is absolutely excellent, as is the service. Pool and wellness area also excellent, but slightly marred by way too many children rushing about!

We travel a lot, we ski a lot. For us this is the best ski hotel in South Tirol (because of the service, location and ski resort). Everything is perfect. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast offers a lot of different options, afternoon buffet is a serious lunch (we do not eat lunch on the slopes anymore), dinner is gourmet. Service is excellent. The Schraffl Family with the whole ZIRMtastic team are the one who make the magic.

Apparently they have a gala dinner on Wednesday night. An amazing five course meal included in the half board option, accompanied by piano music.
Incredible food, Nice bar, experienced staff, amazing views Made this stay incredibly worthwile.
Spa area is clean with many sauna options as well as a cool indoor and outdoor pool.

- excellent, very warm hospitality in all areas, - super new and comfortable, very clean rooms - excellent recommendations for hiking - excellent, delicious cuisine - All around extremely relaxing stay with the best service and natural friendliness - very good value for money

We stayed at the Berghotel in September and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The food is very tasty and the selection is generous. The service is friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and modern. Guided hikes are highly recommended. I did the sunrise and it was a wonderful experience. The mountain guides are very level-headed and experienced - many thanks!
