Old style hotel but very clean and cheaper Owners available to satisfy your requests

Would give five, but the traffic is deafening. The owner and service are wonderful. The recommendation to go trekking to the nearby nature reserve park made the trip to italy a memoryworthy experience.

We slept 2 nights here, the room is big and nice. We slept great. Cleanliness is super. And the staff very kind and smiling.

We found ourselves very well in the 2-day stay at the b & b also thanks to the service of the staff (in particular Matteo). I certainly feel to anyone who needs it to recommend the structure. Fabio

Very clean room and bathroom. The owner and the staff in the bar are very friendly.

What an unusual and unexpected room! They are themed to female Hollywood greats and are very clean and modern. The only difficulty is getting out of the car park to turn left because of the very busy road. The staff are very warm and friendly and will do their best to help you if you need anything.

Superb family villa steeped in history. The garden is extraordinary, full of exoticism, the rooms with parquet floors and period furniture (1950s) offer a panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and the breakfast room resembles a reception room. The surroundings (Pallanza, its villas, beaches, small restaurants) are not lacking in charm and calm either. In short, a magical place that we have a hard time leaving

Beautiful place if you want something different than all hip boutique hotels. This place throws you back in time... And has fantastic breakfast view on the lush garden and the lake further away

The villas are surrounded by greenery. Very beautifull. Unfortunately the outline and above all the way to get there, from fear. Pray that no one came from the other side. Narrow road from fear

This Place is like the Italien version of Chateau Marmont! It seems like time was stopped in the 50s it's incredibly charming and really an original site. If you like the good and easy life, this is it. The park is huge and has a lot of hidden treasures.
