Very great! Our room was perfect. A lot of space and very comfy. I loved that there were a lot of mirrors even outside of the bathroom. Very clean and comfy beds.

Hotel which is a stone's throw from the sea, very convenient in the summer. We were there for the Carnival and had a good time. The room's furnishings are a little dated, but functional, there is a telephone and a TV, the minibar was empty, but given the season these things are not essential. Very well located place that, with a bit of luck, you can have the sunset in your window. Friendly hotel employees. Unfortunately, I have personally noticed one thing that I see as a flaw; through a door (entirely sealed and without lock), you can hear the neighboring room all too well, unfortunately interrupting a minimum of privacy with your roommates

Very nice staff and clean room. I was never able to try their breakfasts as I was always out the door at 06:30am (they serve breakfast at 08:00 I believe) but I tried dinner there and it was superb!

Family atmosphere in a splendid position, surrounded by greenery, with a pleasant garden. Very quiet in a secondary street but a stone's throw from the sea. The car park is small but you can easily find a place for your car nearby. Excellent breakfasts, decent cuisine. As for the staff, all of them have a rare kindness and delicacy. If we returned to Lido di Camaiore it would still be our choice.

After staying 10 days, I can only say positive words and thank all the staff for their attention and availability. From the restaurant staff, who at breakfast and dinner try to satisfy you with every little request, to Giacinto who waits for you until late at night. I stayed just one night for a business trip. The cleanliness is there, the structure is a little dated, but tidy and welcoming. The hotel is well located just 5 minutes walk from the beach and promenade but still in a quiet and peaceful area. The rooms are large and clean, even the bathroom kits are useful and nice. The breakfast is good and varied, the reception and service are friendly and helpful, the common areas are nice and well looked after, the solarium terrace is delightful and you can see the sea.

I booked a single room for one night. They were super nice to let me check in early. The view is amazing from the room and contrary to what people say here, I found the breakfast really nice! Viareggio is beautiful and this hotel is near the beach. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast tastes great but a little limited in choices and the chairs are not very comfortable. The hotel couldn't be closer to the sea, you just cross the street and you're at the promenade. The stay was amazing, starting from the super clean, air-conditioned, nicely smelling room to the delicious breakfasts served at the rooftop terrace... Excellent solution for a stay in Viareggio: central location, right in front of the pine forest, a few steps from the sea and close to bars, restaurants and various activities. We were able to stay here with two dogs, which is no small feat. The most friendly i have ever seen! This hotel is for sure a family business, so you will feel as if visiting some distant uncles :) The breakfast is very familiar with many options, and if needed the staff can also cook something for you. At night the surroundings seem a bit dark, always safe. It's a 5min walk to the beach.

Really nice structure. It is located a few meters from the sea. The staff is highly qualified, helpful and kind to every request. The breakfast is good and plentiful. Room always clean and cared for. Hotel a few steps from the sea and the promenade. Friendly and helpful staff. The bathrooms are a bit small, the rooms are nice and comfortable, the mattress is very comfortable. Impeccable cleaning. The restaurants they have agreements with are very good. The beach included is within walking distance, well-kept and the stations are well spaced.

It is located very close to the beach, the staff are polite and welcoming with honest prices, a structure open also in winter useful for those who work or take a touch and escape in winter to the sea, the kitchen offers generous portions and good quality rooms according to me mirror the pictures. Anyone who complains that he has too many stars should be better informed, he has everything he needs....

I have just stayed here for a week with my wife and two boys. Both our rooms were excellent and had everything we needed, with views of the hotel garden, and the mountains, respectively. The maid service did an amazing job of cleaning and tidying our rooms. The Concierge service was also excellent, and being able to buy bus tickets to nearby locations, such as Pietrasanta and Lucca was very useful...

It's ok. Great location, really close to the beach but a bit annoying the noise from other rooms. Owners are nice, they speak English and happy to share info if asked. Not the best breakfast tho, even coffee is really poor quality. We went to a nearest bar for a good cappuccino and brioche.

We did not stay at this hotel but had a lovely interaction with the front desk ladies who work here. They were so kind and helpful they made our day! The location is wonderful just steps from the beach, restaurants and cafes. You can rent a beach umbrella and chairs for the day at a few beach clubs very close by and even rent a paddle boat. Albergo Spinelli is a three-stars hotel located in Viareggio, just 5 minutes walk from the pier and the promenade. Exceptional. Everything is taken care of and it's on a "small and well done" scale. Rooms are spacious enough and kept well clean. I haven't had a chance to try the restaurant, as it's a bit expensive for the relatively small budget I had, but I haven't heard anything bad about It. Breakfast is varied and tastes homemade but I haven't seen the common "bacon and egg" kind of foods. I wasn't interested...

The restaurant is one of the best hidden place in Viareggio for very fine food and wine. Restaurant is not connected to the hotel, try it you will never forget.

I stayed here in October 2019. I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was lovely and clean. There was a lot of choice for breakfast including bacon and scrambled egg. It is right on the sea front close to the marina and pier. Staff were pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for money and the views from the roof terrace (solarium) are fantastic.

Great stay at Hotel Eden! The staff has been exceptionally kind and helpful during our stay here. Morning breakfast is simple, but delicious. The location of the hotel could not be better. The room was extremely clean and maintained very well by housekeeping. Will return to Eden again!
