The bathroom wasn't that good, the door was in the way and there were no towel rails. The food was good but we had a predefined menu so I can't comment further

Very cool hotel, good food, nice staff, beach is literally opposite to the hotel so there's no need to walk alot to go swimming in sea. There's also swimming pool(s).

I liked pretty much everything. The room was quite confy and with a lovely view, the food in the restaurant was delicious! The location right next to the beach is just perfect.

Great location with easy access to the beach and bus service. Pool is safe and adult sun area gives the extra calmness required while relaxing

The hotel is located in an area where the beach is privatized and you do not see the water. We drove across the 'beach' for around half hour and the sea was nowhere to be found

Thanks to the weather we even had the chance to enjoy the sun by the external pool or in the garden loungers. The hotel is very relaxing, you can hear the birds singing in the surroundings trees

They were extremely helpful and accommodating. I’d like to particularly reach out to Serena in the Spa for organising hair appointments for us on a Sunday for a special Event. She even dropped us off and picked us up

The overall internal and external of the building is modern and very well kept. Facilities are spot on with plenty to do. They are really friendly and just add to the experience

You had many possibilities to practice sports for example the tennis courts and the fitness studio. The SPA was also really nice and calm. There was always a calming atmosphere

The cleaning service was a 10/10 , I’ve never seen such a well done cleaning job! You feel really comfortable in the hotel. The service was also welcoming and polite

in short, if like me you want to take a holiday in Versilia it is an excellent solution at a not exorbitant price. despite the fact that the hotel, especially in the first few days, was almost full, it was not crowded

Hotel in an excellent position, the strong point is the beach reserved also for hotel guests with chair and deckchair included in the price (free sunbed on the first day and, if necessary, you can pay for the sunbed also for the following days)

Another plus is the possibility to eat in the restaurant on the beach, where the food is really great! You can also eat well in the hotel, but a positive note certainly concerns the dessert trolley: superb !! One of the few hotels where the desserts are all strictly homemade, and this is definitely noticeable !! Also noteworthy is the free parking of the hotel

Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was good but no so much choices. Streetparking only. Towels for the beach with extra costs.

Everyone made an effort to speak to us in English and we made an effort to reply in Italian (we can safely say their English was far more impressive than our Italian). The service was excellent overall

I had an amazing experience in this wonderful bar. The location and the ambience are great, in fact one of the nicest in the entire Viareggio. I had the pleasure of speaking and being served by Angra ( just amazing)

After speaking to some other guests many would not return because of the food. Arrangements could also be improved on with access to pools/beach areas

Very nice hotel! Great location just on the corner of the boulevard. The room was way larger than expected (we had a room including a small kitchen). The windows all had blinds which made sleeping very comfortable

Hotel a few steps from the sea and the promenade. The bathrooms are a bit small, the rooms are nice and comfortable, the mattress is very comfortable. The restaurants they have agreements with are very good

Food excellent at breakfast, rooms spotlessly clean

Also, someone was vacuuming in the lobby at 9pm and again at 10pm, then again at a later time but i was too tired to check my phone (probably to clean up the carnivale confetti since i didn't hear a vacuum the first night, but i wish they had used a broom since we were trying to sleep)

We booked this hotel last minute the day before and were pleasantly surprised with the room and how great the view was! The rooms are not very fancy and the shower was a bit small but overall I felt that it was great value for the money!

We spent a week there. Good food, excellent location facing the sea, but for the free beach it is a bit far on foot. Luckily there are bikes, a little rickety, without lights but working (check them before leaving)

Spent a week in this property located a few meters from the beach where we had a really good time, excellent food and plentiful rooms not very large but there is everything from the 55 inch TV to the comfortable fridge and the safe and ceiling fan in some ways better what air conditioning

Casual beachfront hotel practically on the beautiful seafront promenade. Friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness ok, good food. The hotel is not air conditioned, but there are ceiling fans

Beach service for a fee, agreed with the hotel. There are bicycles available for free. In conclusion, a good value for money

I enjoy my summer stay in Hotel Alba sul Mare Toscana Italy , it was clean, the breakfast was excellent and it was near the beach, the employees were very helpful and friendly, i felt home

Lovely place, staff friendly & available up to the nervous breakdown. The kitchen is great. The sea a few minutes walk. The main services (supermarket, pharmacy) are reachable in a short time even without a car.

Club i Pini doesn't feel like a hotel. It feels like visiting a friend in a beautiful villa with a fantastic garden. And this friend has an exquisite taste of music and is an excellent cook, too

A few cities nearby if you crave for some cultural activity, the (private) beach is only a few minutes by foot

It is set a villa built by an artist at the beginning of XXth century retaining many original features but the rooms are fitted with modern facilities. The place is beautiful and full of charm

The shady garden is marvellous and nice for relaxing. It is close to the seaside, 5 miss walking, but far enough to be quite. Everybody working there was nice, friendly and helpful

The walk to Bagno Bertucelli is only 2 minutes and the hotel offers a discount for beach chairs there. All in all we were incredibly happy with our stay and would recommend booking this hotel!

Stayed here 5 years ago and has stayed the same! Family run, friendly, and right next to the promenade and beach. They were helpful in reserving dinner for all our nights and reserving the beach chairs (at a discount)

Breakfast was great and there were lots of options including eggs, fresh croissants and fruit. The hotel is right next to the beach promenade

We had a great week at Hotel Tirrenia this summer. The hotel was very clean and Covid measures/mask wearing was adhered to strictly. The staff is also incredibly nice

Hotel 5 meters away from the beach (without deck chairs but with chair, bouncer and umbrella), paid parking (€ 7 per day with hotel agreement)! Hearty and well-organized breakfast despite COVID-19 restrictions

lunches / dinners nothing special, appetizers a bit poor, first and second courses in the standard but to be reviewed! A little slow but friendly service! Lots of restaurants and bars nearby! Great location!!!

We talk about food, normal breakfast, both sweet (brioche, biscuits, cakes, yogurt, cereals, muesli, pancakes, juices and various hot drinks, apart from tea because among the drinks there is hot water, but if you ask for it, how can we made us, they really only give you hot water, so if you want hot tea, bring the sachets from home) that salty (salami, cooked ham, fontina cheese, bread, butter, tomatoes...

Great welcome at the reception ( Ilaria was very nice and professional), the room was prepared perfectly and even a little earlier, TNKS! Breakfast was ok, staff was good.

Wonderful location, modern furnishings but still with a classic Italian touch. We had a wonderful meal with a 4 course menu recommended by our wonderful smiling waiter named fouad who exudes professionalism and knowledge

In addition we have been recommended a typical local wine that is a wonder. Recommended even if you are not a customer of the Hotel, even from outside it is open to the public

The location is very clean, close to the beach as you can see it on the map, worth mentioning that is close to a public free beach, public parking for free nearby, free bicycles (very useful) and friendly staff

Beautiful hotel large, comfortable and clean rooms. A few steps from the sea and the beautiful promenade. The best, however, is the sympathy of the owners of the hotel. I recommend it to everybody

Clean hotel, very welcoming staff ready to assist you at any time. The location of the hotel is perfect in fact the sea can be reached in 2 minutes

You may think that the location is expensive but it is the best price-quality you may find in Forte dei Marmi or nearby

Quite good for a 3 star hotel. Newly refurbished, room size is decent, breakfast better than expected (although not amazing) Use of bikes too

Bikes to lend are free, but most of them more or less broken :) Wifi also free and running well. Free private parking however is a real pro in the area. And sea view from the balconies that have it really great

The only major problem is the balcony door - if you're on the balcony and the door closes, there's no way to open it so you're stuck there until you call the front desk to set you free

Rooms quite nice, good furnished, hotel lovely decorated and maintained, but not as quiet as they pretend, cause next to a very frequented transit road

Included breakfast is disappointing level (even fried eggs would be billed as 'extra' for 5-7 Euro), except the tasty croissants

We really enjoyed our stay at HBB. We booked the room there but it turns out that we eat at the Hotel Tahiti next door. HBB can write you a ticket when you check in for parking that will cover you for your stay

We only stayed one night but visited the Hotel Tahiti for a drink in the evening, then breakfast and then as a base before leaving for Lucca and we really enjoyed spending time there too

The news stall on the other side of the road at the crossroads can also provide day tickets for 8 euros each if you are super early for check-in, this may be cheaper than the machine

Our room was clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly

Our stay ended, we had a great time. Excellence in the kitchen, congratulations to the cook Adele, to the waiter Davide, to the staff Marcella in the first place. The owner and family are very efficient and competent

Davide and the rest of the staff at Stella del Mare are very kind, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is a very simple Italian-style selection, but the lunch was outstanding, and for a great price

It is true that it is dated and the bathrooms are very small, but it is functional! Air conditioning, wi fi, TV, promenade at 30 MT and the sea at 50 MT. the owners very kind, and very helpful

The rooms are indeed rather small and outdated, and the mattresses could be replaced, but considering it is a budget hotel 2 steps from the sea, the value is great

If you can, I recommend asking for a room with a balcony; the sea view alone is great reason to stay here. Thanks to Davide and everyone for the pleasant stay!

We were bringing a lot of sand daily with our shoes and towels although we really tried to shake it all off before entering the hotel

The only minus if I may say so was the Covid reality and the reduced breakfast service. I really love the morning ritual of the breakfast where I go to the self service buffet and prepare my own breakfast

The carpet in our room was sandy so more vacuum cleaning could not do any harm ;-) What else, what the good luck of having a room facing the main promenade so we could see the carnival parade enjoy cheese, olives, salami and wein out of the window

This time due to the Covid restrictions we were served by the hotel personel but it was tasty nevertheless. The room service could take more care of vacuum cleaning the carpet

Very nice staff and clean room. I was never able to try their breakfasts as I was always out the door at 06:30am (they serve breakfast at 08:00 I believe) but I tried dinner there and it was superb!

As a drawback quite old and breakfast only "Italian style" (you can order scrambled eggs or some vegetables but because those are not on the main offer it takes time until you get them
